A találmány egyrészt bemeneti interfész áramkör (1), különösen védelmiés/vagy irányítástechnikai berendezésekhez, amely tartalmaz bejövőjeleket hordozó vezetékpárt (2) fogadó bemeneti kapcsokat, és azinterfész áramkörnek (1) van bejövő zavarjelek elnyomására alkalmasbemeneti fogyasztással rendelkező állapota és ennél kisebb bemenetifogyasztású, bejövő detektálandó jelek érzékeléséhez való állapota. Azinterfész áramkör (1) tartalmaz a bemeneti kapcsok közé egymássalpárhuzamosan kapcsolt első áramutat (P1) és az első áramútnál (P1)nagyobb fogyasztású második áramutat (P2) valamint az első áramúton(P1) megjelenő jel érzékelésének hatására a második áramutat (P2)megszakító eszközt. A találmány másrészt eljárás bejövő jelekérzékelésére és átalakítására, különösen védelmi és/vagyirányítástechnikai berendezésekhez, amelynek során bejövő zavarjelekelnyomására alkalmas bemeneti fogyasztással rendelkező állapotot,valamint ennél az állapotnál kisebb bemeneti fogyasztással rendelkező,detektálandó jelekhez való állapotot hoznak létre. A bejövő jeleketelőször egymással párhuzamosan kapcsolt első áramúton (P1) és az elsőáramút (P1) fogyasztásánál nagyobb fogyasztású második áramúton (P2)vezetik át, az első áramúton (P1) megjelenő jelet érzékelik ésátalakítják, valamint az első áramúton (P1) jel érzékelésekor amásodik áramutat (P2) megszakítják.
