Abstract

A találmány fehérjetermelő sejtek tenyésztésére szolgáló tápközegrevonatkozik. A találmány szerinti tápközeg alapvetően a következőkomponensekből áll: Ca2+, K+, Mg2+ és Na+ ionokat tartalmazófiziológiás sóoldat, energiaforrás, pH puffer valamint 0,015-2,0g/liter metionin, és adott esetben antibiotikumok.
