Abstract
A találmány tárgya hívásátirányításra szolgáló eljárás, illetverendszer, ahol a hívásátirányítás például a hívás reroutolásáhozkapcsolódik. Az eljárás során a hívásokat legalább részben a nyilvánoskapcsolt telefonhálózaton (1, 6) keresztül építik fel a nyilvánoskapcsolt telefonhálózat jelzésátviteli protokolljánakfelhasználásával, majd a folyamatban lévő hívás közben egy, azaktuális telefonhívásétól független kommunikációs csatornán keresztül,a nyilvános kapcsolt telefonhálózat hívásmenedzsmentjéhez használttóleltérő jelzésátviteli protokoll felhasználásával jelzésátviteliinformációt vesznek a végberendezéssel (2), illetve küldenek onnan,továbbá a nevezett információt olyan adattartalommal látják el, amelyalkalmas az aktuális telefonösszeköttetés vezérlésére, majd anyilvános kapcsolt telefonhálózat hívásmenedzsmentjéhez használttóleltérő jelzésátvitelt átalakítják egy szokásos telefon hívásvezérlőjelzésátvitellé, majd elküldik a nyilvános kapcsolt telefonhálózat egyeszközének a folyamatban lévő hívás vezérlése céljából. A rendszertartalmaz legalább egy hívott kapcsolóközpontot (1), egy, a hívottkapcsolóközponttal (1) kommunikáló adatbázist (6) és legalább kettő, anevezett rendszer hagyományos telefon kommunikációs csatornáinkeresztül hagyományos telefon kommunikációra lehetőségét nyújtóvégberendezést (2, 9).
