Abstract
A találmány háromdimenziós, biológiai úton lebontható és biológiailagkompatibilis, porózus polimer vázszerkezetek előállítására vonatkozik.A találmány szerinti eljárás az alábbi lépésekből áll: (i) egypolimert valamely szerves oldószerben feloldva polimer oldatotkészítenek; (ii) egy pezsegve oldódó sónak a kapott polimer oldatbakeverésével polimer/só/szerves oldószer kevert gélt állítanak elő;(iii) a polimer/ só/szerves oldószer kevert gélből a szerves oldószerteltávolítják; és (iv) a gélt savas oldatba merítve és ezzel a sópezsgését kiváltva polimer vázszerkezetet kapnak. A találmány szerintivázszerkezetek porozitása és pórusok közötti interkonnektivitásaszövetekből izolált sejtek befogadására és tenyésztésére alkalmas. Atalálmány szerinti eljárásnak előnyös, mert a sejttenyészethezalkalmazott mátrix a géllel könnyen a kívánt formára alakítható, és avázszerkezetek porozitása és pórusmérete a pezsegve oldódó sórészecskeméretének és mennyiségének, valamint a sók pezsgését éskilúgozását kiváltó savas vizes oldatok koncentrációjánakszabályozásával beállítható. ÓThe invention relates to the production of three-dimensional, biodegradable and biologically compatible, porous polymer framework structures. The method according to the invention consists of the following steps: (i) a polymer solution is prepared by dissolving a single polymer in an organic solvent; (ii) a polymer/salt/organic solvent mixed gel is produced by mixing an effervescent salt into the resulting polymer solution; (iii) the organic solvent is removed from the polymer/salt/organic solvent mixed gel; and (iv) by immersing the gel in an acid solution and thus causing its salt foaming, a polymeric framework is obtained. The porosity and interconnectivity of the framework structures according to the invention are suitable for receiving and cultivating cells isolated from tissues. The method according to the invention is advantageous because the matrix used for cell culture can be easily shaped into the desired shape with the gel, and the porosity and pore size of framework structures can be adjusted by controlling the size and quantity of the effervescent salt particles and the concentration of the acidic aqueous solutions that cause the effervescence and leaching of the salts.
