Abstract
Zaštita pramčanog propelera (7) koja se ugrađuje na otvore tunela pramčanog propelera (1) plovila rješava tehnički problem zaštitite pramčanog propelera (8) od oštećenja, postavljanja zaštite bez bušenja i oštećenja trupa plovila (9), te omogućava jednostavnu demontažu i montažu iste, za potrebe periodičnih servisnih operacija. Sastoji se od kućišta (3), uporišta krakova (4), pomičnih krakova (2) sa vrhovima kraka (10) i pomične konusne matice (5) sa šarafom (6) čijim pomicanjem djelujemo na izbacivanje i uvlačenje krakova (2) na način da zatezanjem djeluje na potiskivanje uporišta krakova (4) i izbacuje krakove (2) u stijenku tunela pramčanog propelera (1) tvoreći tako čvrsti spoj bez potrebe bušenja trupa plovila (9) ili uporabe vijaka i zakovica, a otpuštanjem konusne matice (5) sa šarafom (6), dolazi do uvlačenja krakova (2) i oslobađanja uporišta krakova (4), tako da se zaštita pramčanog propelera (7) može skidati i stavljati višekratno, bez potrebe uporabe montažnih vijaka.The bow thruster guard (7) installed on the bow thruster tunnel openings (1) of the craft solves the technical problem of protecting the bow thruster (8) from damage, protecting it without drilling and damaging the hull (9), and facilitates its simple dismantling and installation, for the needs of periodic service operations. Zaštita pramčanog propelera 7 se ugrađuje na otvore pramčanog tunela bez bušenja trupa plovila 9, odnosno bez vijaka ili zakovica. Sastoji se od kućišta 3 koje sadrži sve elemente, a to su uporišta krakova 4 u koja su pričvršćeni krakovi 2 sa gumenim ili silikonskim vrhovima kraka 10 i konusna matica 5 sa šarafom 6 (SL.2). Stezanjem ili otpuštanjem šarafa 6 pomiče se konusna matica 5 koja zbog pomaka konusa, preko uporišta krakova 4 djeluje na izbacivanje krakova 2 sa gumenim ili silikonskim vrhovima kraka 10. Uporišta krakova 4 su također konusnog oblika tako da prate kosinu konusne matice 5.
