Abstract

Uređaj za pripremu slastica i hrane na pari sastoji se od modificiranog klasičnog miksera (1) s rotirajućom posudom za miješanje (2) koji su postavljeni na posudi za generiranje pare (12). Para grije posudu (2) u kojoj se obavlja miješanje mase. Kondenzirana para dolaskom do ruba posude (7) se ponovo slijeva u posudu za generiranje pare (12). Ovaj ciklus se kontinuirano ponavlja do postizanja željenog efekta miješanja i toplinske obrade mase u posudi (2).
