Abstract
Description
Izum se odnosi na okomito stojeći valjkasti spremnik sa nekoliko komora za tekućine, naročito vino, prema glavnom pojmu patentnog zahtjeva 1. The invention relates to a vertically standing cylindrical container with several chambers for liquids, especially wine, according to the main term of patent claim 1.
U vinarskim podrumima kao i vinogradarskim pogonima sve se više primjenjuju u zadnje vrijeme okomito stojeći valjkasti spremnici iz plemenitog (nehrđajućeg) čelika, jer se u njima mogu spremiti vina savršeno higijenski na manjem prostoru. Takovi su spremnici opremljeni osim otvora za ulaz čovjeka u spremnik i sa otvorima za otzračenje kao i priključcima za punjenje i pražnjenje te uobičajenim instrumentima i armaturom koji dozvoljavaju stalnu kontrolu i nadzor sadržaja. Recently, vertically standing cylindrical containers made of precious (stainless) steel have been used more and more in wine cellars as well as in viticulture plants, because they can store wines perfectly hygienically in a smaller space. Such containers are equipped, in addition to the opening for human entry into the container, with air vents as well as filling and emptying connections and the usual instruments and fittings that allow constant control and monitoring of the contents.

Osnovna misao izuma leži u tome, da se gornja komora spremnika izvede kao pojedinačni spremnik, kod kojega je podnica u obliku kalote istog promjera kao i donji rub plašta spremnika i s njime zavarena, a da plašt donjeg spremnika ima gornji rub plašta zakrivljen prema unutra, pa se tako spaja sa krivinom podnice gornje komore, a ta postaje međupodnica. Takovim oblikovanjem nije riješeno samo pitanje uskog i teškog za čišćenje kuta, već se donji plašt komore vari izvana za podnicu gornje komore pa je prema tom potreban samo jedan vareni šav koji se vari izvana, pa stoga jednostavno, sigurno i bezopasno za varioca, a time i jeftinije nego jedan šav unutar spremnika, a ujedno je mogućnost čišćenja donje komore (nema šiljka) znatno bolja. Such a design not only solved the issue of a narrow and difficult to clean corner, but the lower shell of the chamber is welded from the outside to the floor of the upper chamber, so only one welded seam is needed, which is welded from the outside, and therefore simple, safe and harmless for the welder, and thus and cheaper than a single seam inside the tank, and at the same time the possibility of cleaning the lower chamber (no spike) is much better.

Na sl. 1. prikazan je nacrt, prema izumu, okomito stojećeg višekomornog spremnika 1, koji se sastoji od vanjskog plašta 2 sa zakrivljenom podnicom u obliku kalote 3, i isto tako oblikovanim poklopcem 4. U višekomornom spremniku 1 prikazana je - crtkano - međupodnica 5 gornje komore i oblik jedne donje komore 7. Višekomorni spremnik počiva na tri noge 8. Svaka komora 6 i 7 opremljena je na poznati način sa otvorom za ulazak čovjeka 9, lukom za istjecanje tj. pražnjenje 10, kao i otvorom za odzračivanje 11. Kod toga prolazi luk za istjecanje 10 gornje komore 6 kroz gornji prostor donje komore 7 prema van. Ostala 1 armatura, posebice otvori za odzračivanje za obje komore 6 i 7 mogu se zanemariti u ovom slučaju. Plašt 2’ ima promjer D0. Plašt 2’’ donje komore 7 koji ima isto u srednjem dijelu promjer D0, na svojem je gornjem rubu 13 svinut po cijeloj liniji 14 a za kut alfa prema unutra. Zbog toga taj rub 13 udara odozdo i izvana na rubno područje međupodnice 5 i s njom je zavaren varnim šavom 15. Oba varna šava, kako šav 12 tako i šav 15, mogu se izvesti izvana.
