Claims (15)
1. Postupak proizvodnje stakla, koji sadrži:
otpuštanje proizvoda izgaranja (68) iz jednog ili više uronjenih plamenika (62) izravno u rastaljeno staklo (16) sadržano u unutarnjoj reakcijskoj komori (34) peći za taljenje s uronjenim plamenikom (10), tako da proizvodi izgaranja (68) otpušteni iz jednog ili više uronjenih plamenika (62) uzburkaju rastaljeno staklo (16);
izvlačenje nerafinirane staklene taline s mjehurićima (18) iz rastaljenog stakla (16) i otpuštanje nerafinirane staklene taline s mjehurićima (18) iz peći za taljenje s uronjenim plamenikom (10) kroz izlaz za staklenu talinu (48);
uvođenje nerafinirane staklene taline s mjehurićima (18) u prigušnu komoru (82) prigušnog spremnika (70) koji je u fluidnoj komunikaciji s peći za taljenje s uronjenim plamenikom (10), tako da se nerafinirana staklena talina s mjehurićima (18) izmiješa s posrednim bazenom staklene taline (84) sadržanim unutar prigušne komore (82) prigušnog spremnika (70);
zagrijavanje posrednog bazena staklene taline (84) proizvodima izgaranja (92) otpuštenima iz jednog ili više neuronjenih plamenika (90) postavljenih u kućište (74) prigušnog spremnika (70) koji ograđuje prigušnu komoru (82);
protok staklene taline iz posrednog bazena staklene taline (84) u bazen za prijenos staklene taline (114) sadržane u komori za mlaznicu (112) mlaznice za punjenje (72); i
dostavljanje punjenja staklene taline (22) kroz mlaznice za punjenje (72) iz bazena za prijenos staklene taline (114) kontroliranom brzinom.
2. Postupak naveden u zahtjevu 1, pri čemu grijanje posrednog bazena staklene taline sadrži izravan doticaj posrednog bazena staklene taline s proizvodima izgaranja otpuštenima iz jednog ili više neuronjenih plamenika.
3. Postupak naveden u zahtjevu 1, pri čemu dostavljanje punjenja staklene taline kroz mlaznice za punjenje sadrži kontroliranu brzinu protoka staklene taline iz bazena za prijenos staklene taline kroz otvor (118) na ploči s otvorom (100) pričvršćenoj na posudu mlaznice (98) mlaznice za punjenje upravljanjem recipročnim pokretom recipročnog klipa (104) u ravnini s otvorom (118) na ploči s otvorom (100).
4. Postupak naveden u zahtjevu 1, koji nadalje sadrži:
uvođenje punjenja staklene taline u kupku staklene taline (138) sadržanu unutar pročišćivača stakla (132) na temperaturi između 1200 °C i 1500 °C, tako da kupka staklene taline (138) protječe prema izlaznom otvoru (142) pročišćivača stakla (132) i proizvodi rafiniranu staklenu talinu (146), tako da rafinirana staklena talina (146) ima gustoću veću od gustoće nerafinirane staklene taline s mjehurićima otpuštene iz peći za taljenje s uronjenim plamenikom;
toplinsko obrađivanje rafinirane staklene taline (146) da bi se dobila obrađena staklena talina temperature između 1000 °C i 1200 °C; i
dostavljanje grumena obrađene staklene taline u IS stroj za oblikovanje i oblikovanje staklenog spremnika od obrađene staklene taline.
5. Postupak naveden u zahtjevu 4, pri čemu nerafinirana staklena talina s mjehurićima sadrži između 30 % i 60 % volumnog udjela uvedenih mjehurića plina i ima gustoću u rasponu od 0,75 gm/cm3 do 1,5 gm/cm3, te pri čemu rafinirana staklena talina proizvedena u pročišćivaču stakla ima gustoću u rasponu od 2,3 gm/cm3 do 2,5 gm/cm3.
6. Postupak naveden u zahtjevu 1, pri čemu rastaljeno staklo ima kemijski sastav natrij-kalcij-silikatnog stakla koje sadrži 60 % do 80 % masenog udjela SiO2, 8 % do 18 % masenog udjela Na2O i 5 % do 15 % masenog udjela CaO na izlazu za staklenu talinu na peći za taljenje s uronjenim plamenikom.
7. Postupak proizvodnje stakla, koji sadrži:
uvođenje nerafinirane staklene taline s mjehurićima (18) otpuštene iz peći za taljenje s uronjenim plamenikom (10) u prigušnu komoru (82) prigušnog spremnika (70) kroz grlo (20) koje omogućuje protočni put (124) iz izlaza za staklenu talinu (48) na peći za taljenje s uronjenim plamenikom (10) do ulaza (86) prigušnog spremnika (70), tako da nerafinirana staklena talina s mjehurićima (18) ima kemijski sastav natrij-kalcij-silikatnog stakla i miješa se s posrednim bazenom staklene taline (84) sadržanim unutar prigušne komore (82) prigušnog spremnika (70);
zagrijavanje posrednog bazena staklene taline (84) proizvodima izgaranja (92) otpuštenima iz jednog ili više neuronjenih plamenika (90) postavljenih u kućište (74) prigušnog spremnika (70) koji ograđuje prigušnu komoru (82);
protok staklene taline iz posrednog bazena staklene taline (84) u bazen za prijenos staklene taline (114) sadržane u komori za mlaznicu (112) mlaznice za punjenje (72) pričvršćenoj na prigušni spremnik (70), tako da mlaznica za punjenje (72) ima posudu mlaznice (98) koja djelomično ograđuje komoru mlaznice (112) i ploču s otvorom (100) pričvršćenu na posudu mlaznice (98) kroz koju se punjenje staklene taline (22) dovodi iz mlaznice za punjenje (72); i
uvođenje punjenja staklene taline (22) u kupku staklene taline (138) sadržanu u pročišćivaču stakla (132), tako da kupka staklene taline (138) protječe prema izlaznom otvoru (142) pročišćivača stakla (132) i proizvodi rafiniranu staklenu talinu (146) koja izlazi iz izlaznog otvora (142) pročišćivača stakla (132), tako da rafinirana staklena talina (146) ima gustoću veću od gustoće nerafinirane staklene taline s mjehurićima (18) otpuštene iz peći za taljenje s uronjenim plamenikom (10).
8. Postupak naveden u zahtjevu 7, pri čemu nerafinirana staklena talina s mjehurićima otpuštena iz peći za taljenje s uronjenim plamenikom sadrži između 30 % i 60 % volumnog udjela uvedenih mjehurića plina i ima gustoću u rasponu od 0,75 gm/cm3 do 1,5 gm/cm3, te pri čemu rafinirana staklena talina koja izlazi iz izlaznog otvora pročišćivača stakla ima gustoću u rasponu od 2,3 gm/cm3 do 2,5 gm/cm3.
9. Postupak naveden u zahtjevu 7, koji nadalje sadrži:
upravljanje recipročnim pokretom recipročnog klipa (104) u ravnini s otvorom (118) na ploči s otvorom radi kontrole brzine protoka staklene taline iz bazena za prijenos staklene taline kroz otvor (118) sadržan na ploči s otvorom da bi se dostavilo punjenje staklene taline iz mlaznice za punjenje kontroliranom brzinom.
10. Sustav proizvodnje stakla, koji sadrži:

11. Sustav naveden u zahtjevu 10, pri čemu prigušni spremnik uključuje jedan ili više neuronjenih plamenika (90) s ciljem otpuštanja proizvoda izgaranja (92) u prigušnu komoru.
12. Sustav naveden u zahtjevu 11, pri čemu jedan ili više neuronjenih plamenika uključuje više krovnih plamenika (90b) postavljenih na krovu (78) kućišta prigušnog spremnika.
13. Sustav naveden u zahtjevu 12, pri čemu je više krovnih plamenika postavljeno na krov kućišta i raspoređeni su tako da su međusobno razmaknuti diljem krova od jedne bočne stijenke (80c) kućišta do suprotne bočne stijenke (80d) kućišta.
14. Sustav naveden u zahtjevu 10, pri čemu je jedan ili više uronjenih plamenika postavljen na dnu (30) kućišta peći za taljenje s uronjenim plamenikom.
15. Sustav naveden u zahtjevu 10, pri čemu je kućište prigušnog spremnika oblikovano od vatrostalnog materijala koji nije hlađen upotrebom fluida.
