Claims (10)
1. Uređaj za nadzor pacijenta (1) koji obuhvaća senzorske elemente (10) za kontinuirano detektiranje mjerenja koja odražavaju okolinu uređaja za nadzor pacijenta (1) i
komunikacijski modul (20) za prijenos izmjerenih vrijednosti središnjoj jedinici za procjenu (30), pri čemu senzorski elementi (10) obuhvaćaju
- akcelerometar (11);
- detektor buke (12);
- CO2 senzorski element (15);
- svjetlosni senzorski element (16)
- daleko infracrveni senzorski element (13), za identifikaciju prisutnost pacijenta u okolini uređaja za nadzor pacijenta i detekciju tjelesne temperature s udaljenosti od najmanje 7 metara;
- pri čemu senzorski elementi (10) nadalje obuhvaćaju senzorski element temperature okoline (14), za kalibraciju dalekog infracrvenog senzorskog elementa (13) za određivanje apsolutne tjelesne temperature pacijenta,
pri čemu uređaj za nadzor pacijenta (1) obuhvaća sredstva za pričvršćivanje (3) prikladna za montiranje uređaja (1) na vanjsku površinu tako da akcelerometar (11) otkriva vibracije navedene vanjske površine, pri čemu je vanjska površina zid prostorije u pacijentovom domu ili komad namještaja unutar prostorije.
2. Uređaj za nadzor pacijenta prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, pri čemu detektor buke (12) ima maksimalnu rezoluciju nedovoljnu za snimanje govora.
3. Uređaj za nadzor pacijenta prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, pri čemu je CO2 senzorski element (15) integriran u TVOC senzorski element ili je dopunjen s njim.
4. Uređaj za nadzor pacijenta prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, pri čemu je svjetlosni senzorski element (16) sposoban razlikovati prirodno i umjetno svjetlo.
5. Uređaj za nadzor pacijenta prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, pri čemu uređaj za nadzor pacijenta (1) obuhvaća sredstva za mjerenje jačine signala WiFi-signala WiFi-uređaja u okruženju.
6. Uređaj za nadzor pacijenta prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, pri čemu je komunikacijski modul (20) konfiguriran za povezivanje na WiFi i/ili mobilnu mrežu i poželjno obuhvaća međumemoriju za pohranjivanje u međuspremnik izmjerenih vrijednosti.
7. Sustav za nadzor pacijenta koji obuhvaća najmanje jedan uređaj za nadzor pacijenta (1) prema jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva i središnju jedinicu za procjenu (30), pri čemu
su uređaj(i) za nadzor pacijenta (1) i središnja jedinica za procjenu (30) povezani tako da uređaj(i) za nadzor pacijenta (1) prenesu izmjerene vrijednosti središnjoj jedinici za procjenu (30), pri čemu je središnja jedinica za procjenu (30) konfigurirana da
- skladišti primljene kontinuirano mjerene vrijednosti;
- odredi i/ili ažurira tipičnu varijaciju u mjerenjima tijekom dana;
- utvrdi odstupanja u izmjerenim vrijednostima od tipičnih varijacija tijekom dana; i
- objavi upozorenje u slučaju da se utvrdi ozbiljno odstupanje.
8. Sustav za nadzor pacijenta prema patentnom zahtjevu 7, pri čemu
je tipična varijacija u mjerenjima tijekom dana određena ovisno o danu u tjednu.
9. Sustav za nadzor pacijenta prema patentnom zahtjevu 7 ili 8, pri čemu
je ozbiljno odstupanje utvrđeno u pogledu standardne varijance izmjerenih vrijednosti mjerenja i/ili
kombinacija velikih odstupanja za dva ili više mjerenja.
10. Sustav za nadzor pacijenta prema patentnom zahtjevu 7, 8 ili 9, pri čemu
se izmjerene vrijednosti prenose u središnju jedinicu za procjenu (30) u serijama.
