Claims (10)
1. Postupak separacijskog ekstrahiranja ulja rižinih mekinja i voskova rižinih mekinja u sljedećim koracima:
a) koraku ekstrahiranja, koji uključuje osiguravanje ekstrakcijske posude (13), koja sadrži rižine mekinje (15) i perkoliranje suprakritičnog CO2 (12) kroz ekstrakcijsku posudu (13) pri tlaku ekstrahiranja p1 u rasponu od 100 do 1000 bar (10 do 100 MPa) i na temperaturi ekstrahiranja T1;
b) prvom koraku razdvajanja, koji uključuje prebacivanje suprakritičnog CO2 i ekstrakta (17), koji sadrži ulja i voskove iz koraka a), u posudu za razdvajanje (21) i snižavanje tlaka do prvog tlaka razdvajanja p2, koji je niži od tlaka ekstrahiranja p1, kako bi se istaložilo prvi produkt (23), koji sadrži ulje rižinih mekinja, iz suprakritičnog CO2; i
c) drugom koraku razdvajanja, koji uključuje prebacivanje suprakritičnog CO2 i preostalog ekstrakta (29) iz koraka b) u drugu posudu za razdvajanje (33) i snižavanje tlaka do drugog tlaka razdvajanja p3, koji je niži od prvog tlaka razdvajanja p2, kako bi se istaložilo drugi produkt (35), koji sadrži vosak rižinih mekinja iz plinovitog CO2,
naznačen time što je temperatura ekstrahiranja T1 za korak ekstrahiranja a) u rasponu od 55 °C do 65 °C,
prva je temperatura razdvajanja T2 u rasponu od 70 °C do 80 °C, a
druga temperatura razdvajanja T3 je u rasponu od 45 °C do 55 °C.
2. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što je tlak ekstrahiranja p1 za korak ekstrahiranja a) u rasponu od 100 do 400 bar (10 do 40 MPa), po mogućnosti u rasponu od 200 do 350 bar (20 do 35 MPa), po mogućnosti 250 do 320 bar (25 do 32 MPa), a najpoželjnije oko 280 bar (28 MPa).
3. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1 ili 2, naznačen time što je temperatura ekstrahiranja T1 za korak ekstrahiranja a) oko 60 °C.
4. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što je prva temperatura razdvajanja T2 oko 75 °C.
5. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačen time što je drugi tlak razdvajanja p3 za drugi korak razdvajanja c) podešen ispod 73,8 bar (7,38 MPa), po mogućnosti ispod 65 bar (6,5 MPa), a najpoželjnije na oko 60 bar (6 MPa).
6. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što je druga temperatura razdvajanja T3 oko 50 °C.
7. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 6, naznačen time što se korak ekstrahiranja a) provodi pri omjeru otapalo/punjenje u rasponu od 25 do 45, po mogućnosti 30 do 40, a najpoželjnije oko 36.
8. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačen time što dodatno uključuje korak prikupljanja d), u kojem se temperaturu plinovitog CO2 nakon drugog koraka razdvajanja c) snizi do temperature prikupljanja T4, na kojoj plinoviti CO2 prelazi u tekuće stanje.
9. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 8, naznačen time što temperatura prikupljanja T4 je najviše 30 °C, po mogućnosti u rasponu od 0 °C do 30 °C, a najpoželjnije oko 5 °C do 15 °C.
10. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 8 ili 9, naznačen time što se, nakon koraka prikupljanja d), tlak i temperaturu tekućeg CO2 povisi do tlaka ekstrahiranja p1 i temperature ekstrahiranja T1 kako bi se promijenilo stanje CO2 do suprakritičnog kako bi ga se moglo ponovno upotrijebiti u koraku ekstrahiranja a).
