Claims (8)

1. Postupak za povećanje sadržaja vodika u proizvodu plinske struje torefikacije peleta krutog obnovljenog goriva (117), pri čemu se peleti krutog obnovljenog goriva (117) torefiraju u pougljenjene pelete (201) uz stvaranje plina za torefikaciju (202) koji se pretvara u sintetički plin za torefikaciju (401) koji sadrži vodik i ugljični monoksid, pri čemu je struja sintetičkog plina koja sadrži sintetički plin za torefikaciju (401) dovedena u CO pretvorbenu jedinicu (eng. CO shift unit) (500) za reakciju barem dijela ugljičnog monoksida s vodenom parom u ugljični dioksid i vodik stvarajući pretvoreni sintetički plin (501), pri čemu se pretvoreni sintetički plin (501, 523) dovodi nizvodno od CO pretvorbene jedinice (500) u jedinicu za povrat topline niske temperature (524) u kojoj se pretvoreni sintetički plin (501, 523) vodi kroz najmanje dva izmjenjivača topline (525, 526, 527, 528, 529) u kojima je pretvoreni sintetički plin (523, 501) u toplinskoj izmjeni s najmanje dva toka vode koji se koriste nizvodno od odgovarajućih izmjenjivača topline (525, 526, 527, 528, 529) kao procesne vode tijekom proizvodnje proizvoda plinske struje za zagrijavanje najmanje dva vodena toka.
2. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, pri čemu se pretvoreni sintetički plin (530, 501) dovodi u jedinicu za pročišćavanje plina (600) za generiranje proizvoda plinske struje (601) bogatog vodikom, poželjno sa sadržajem vodika od 99,5 % obujma i više, dok stvara plin za pročišćavanje (602), pri čemu se i plin za pročišćavanje (602) i sintetički plin za torefikaciju (401) komprimiraju i obično uvode u kolonu za zasićenje (510) kako bi se podigao sadržaj vode u struji sintetičkog plina (520) uzvodno od CO pretvorbene jedinice (500).
3. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 1 ili 2, pri čemu je prva struja sintetičkog plina (301) generirana rasplinjavanjem pougljenjenih peleta (202) dovedena u visokotlačnu jedinicu za čišćenje (502) kako bi se povećao sadržaj vode u struji očišćenog sintetičkog plina (509).
4. Postupak prema jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, pri čemu se pretvoreni sintetički plin (523, 501) hladi u jedinici za povrat topline niske temperature (524) dovođenjem u toplinski kontakt s najmanje jednim od sljedećih tokova vode: a) tok procesne vode koji se koristi za ovlaživanje struje sintetičkog plina (509) koji ulazi u CO pretvorbenu jedinicu; b) napojnu vodu za rasplinjavanje pougljenjenih peleta (202); i c) kotlovska voda za proizvodnju visokotlačne pare.
5. Postupak prema jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, pri čemu je u izmjenjivačima topline (525, 526, 527, 528, 529) jedinice za povrat topline niske temperature (524) tlak procesne vode viši od tlaka pretvorenog sintetičkog plina (523).
6. Postrojenje (1) za pretvorbu krutog otpada dobivenog kao pelete krutog obnovljenog goriva (117) u proizvod plinske struje (601) bogat vodikom, koje sadrži jedinicu za torefikaciju (200) u koju se mogu puniti peleti krutog obnovljenog goriva (117) iz kojih se mogu proizvesti plin za torefikaciju (202) i pougljenjeni peleti (201); jedinicu za obradu plina za torefikaciju (400) u kojoj se plin za torefikaciju (202) može pretvoriti u sintetički plin za torefikaciju (401); CO pretvorbenu jedinicu (500) nizvodno od jedinice za torefikaciju (200) koja se može osigurati s kombiniranom strujom sintetičkog plina (520) koja sadrži barem sintetički plin torefikacije (401) i u kojoj se može proizvesti pretvoreni sintetički plin (523, 530, 501) i jedinicu za povrat topline niske temperature (524) nizvodno od CO pretvorbene jedinice (500) koja se može osigurati s pretvorenim sintetičkim plinom (523, 501), navedena jedinica za povrat topline niske temperature (524) sadrži najmanje dva izmjenjivača topline (525, 526, 527, 528, 529) od kojih se svaki može osigurati s pretvorenim sintetičkim plinom (523, 501) i tokom procesne vode za povećanje temperature tokova procesne vode.
7. Postrojenje (1) prema patentnom zahtjevu 6, koje nadalje sadrži kolonu za zasićenje (510) u kojoj je podesiv sadržaj vode barem u sintetičkom plinu za torefikaciju (401).
8.
