Claims (18)

1. Integrirani proces koji sadrži - prvi biotehnički proces, koji proizvodi lipide iz sirovine koja sadrži lignocelulozne materijale i koristi gljivicu odabranu iz roda Aspergillus koja je sposobna proizvoditi lipide i enzime, i - drugi biotehnički proces koji koristi mikroorganizam, koji proizvodi alkohol(e) iz sirovine koja sadrži lignocelulozne materijale, naznačen time što se proces sadrži korake - kultiviranje navedenih gljivica i proizvodnju lipida i enzima, - izborno odvajanje supernatanta i stanica mikroorganizma iz kulture gljivica, - odvajanje lipida iz kulture gljivica ili iz stanica mikroorganizama, - uvođenje kulture gljivica, supernatanta ili proteinima obogaćene frakcije supernatanta ili razrjeđenja supernatanta koji sadrži katalitički aktivne enzim(e) u drugi ili u prvi i drugi biotehnički proces, ili obradu sirovine drugog procesa ili iz prvog i drugog procesa korištenjem kulture gljivica, supernatanta ili frakcije supernatanta obogaćene proteinima ili razrjeđenja supernatanta koji sadrži katalitički aktivne enzim(e).
2. Proces prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što se lipidi i alkoholi obnavljaju upotrebom postupka koji čuva katalitičku aktivnost enzima, poželjno hidrolitičkih enzima, u supernatantu.
3. Proces prema patentnom zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačen time što alkohol sadrži etanol, butanol, izopropanol-butanol-etanol i/ili aceton-butanol-etanol.
4. Proces u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačen time što sirovina koja sadrži lignocelulozne materijale koja se dovodi u proces proizvodnje lipida sadrži najmanje 50 % lignoceluloze ili frakcije lignoceluloze, koja poželjno sadrži najmanje 10 % polimernih šećera frakcije šećera.
5. Proces u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačen time što najmanje dio sirovine koja sadrži lignocelulozne materijale unesene u proces proizvodnje lipida sadrži škrob.
6. Proces u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 5, naznačen time što mikroorganizam u prvom postupku koristi hemicelulozu, ili celulozu, oboje ili smjesu hemiceluloze i celuloze ili njihove frakcije.
7. Proces u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 6, naznačen time što mikroorganizam u drugom postupku koristi hemicelulozu, ili celulozu, oboje ili smjesu hemiceluloze i celuloze ili njihove frakcije.
8. Proces u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačen time što enzimi obuhvaćaju egzoenzime, poželjno enzime povezane s hidrolizom hemiceluloze i/ili celuloze.
9. Proces u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 8, naznačen time što enzimi sadrže hemicelulaze, ksilanaze, mananaze, arabinaze, galaktozidaze, glukozidaze, manozidaze, ksilosidaze, arabinofuranozidaze, esteraze, celulaze, endo-celulaze, egzo-celulaze, celobiaze ili beta-glukozidaze, oksidativne celulaze, ili celulozne fosforilaze ili bilo koje njihove smjese.
10. Proces u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 9, naznačen time što su mikroorganizmi u prvom biotehničkom postupku sposobni proizvesti i hemicelulaze i/ili celulaze.
11. Proces u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 10, naznačen time što se biomasa ili njen dio iz prvog biotehničkog procesa reciklira u drugi biotehnički proces.
12. Proces u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 11, naznačen time što se biomasa ili njen dio, supernatant i/ili enzimi iz prvog biotehničkog procesa ili njegov dio recikliraju u prvi biotehnički proces.
13. Proces u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 12, naznačen time što se biomasa, supernatant i/ili enzimi iz drugog biotehničkog procesa ili njegov dio recikliraju natrag u prvi biotehnički proces.
14. Proces u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 13, naznačen time što se procesna voda ili njen dio iz drugog procesa nakon odvajanja alkohola reciklira u vodu za razrjeđivanje sirovog materijala iz prvog biotehničkog procesa i/ili drugog biotehničkog procesa, poželjno u prvi biotehnički proces.
15. Proces u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 14, naznačen time što se lipidi proizvedeni u procesu koriste kao biogorivo, kao komponenta biogoriva ili kao početni materijal za proizvodnju biogoriva.
16. Proces prema patentnom zahtjevu 15, naznačen time što je biogorivo biodizel ili obnovljivi dizel, benzin i/ili mlazno gorivo.
17. Proces u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 14, naznačen time što se alkohol(i) proizvedeni u procesu koriste kao biogorivo, kao komponenta biogoriva ili kao početni materijal za proizvodnju biogoriva.
18. Proces u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 14, naznačen time što se enzimi proizvedeni u procesu koriste u procesu proizvodnje alkohola kao enzimski pripravak ili kao izvor enzima.
