Claims (6)

1. Uređaj za odabir hortikulturnih proizvoda, koji se sastoji od ulaznog dijela (2) za hortikulturne proizvode, koji vodi do najmanje jedne prolazne trake (4) definirane parom međusobno bliskih šipki (5a, 5b) koje su zakretno postavljene na odgovarajući sklop za potporu i kretanje (6) i postavljene su uzdužno između navedenog ulaznog dijela (2) i izlaznog dijela (7), između navedenog najmanje jednog para šipki (5a, 5b), koji se drže nagnuti prema dolje od navedenog ulaznog dijela (2) do navedenog izlaznog dijela (7), postoji uzdužni prorez (8) preko kojeg mogu prelaziti isključivo krhotine i hortikulturni proizvodi koji imaju dimenzije manje od širine proreza (8), navedeni sklop za potporu i kretanje (6) koji se sastoji od pogonske jedinice (9) koja se spaja, po izboru neizravno, s prvim krajnjim dijelom svake od navedenih šipki (5a, 5b) koji je u blizini navedenog ulaznog dijela (2) i odgovarajućih elemenata (10a, 10b) za slobodan oslonac drugog krajnjeg dijela svake od navedenih šipki (5a, 5b) koji je u neposrednoj blizini navedenog izlaznog dijela (7), navedeni uređaj (1) sadržava sredstva za podešavanje položaja najmanje jedne od navedenih šipki (5b), kako bi se selektivno mijenjao oblik ili širina odgovarajućeg navedenog utora (8), naznačen time, da je svaki od navedenih elemenata (10a, 10b) za slobodnu potporu sastavljen od kraka koji je usidren u gornjem dijelu za navedeni sklop za potporu i kretanje (6) i ima, u donjem dijelu, sjedalo (12) za rotirajući smještaj odgovarajućeg navedenog drugog krajnjeg dijela odgovarajuće navedene šipke (5a, 5b), pri čemu je svaki od navedenih krakova nagnut u odnosu na vertikalu, kako bi ostao razmaknut od odgovarajućeg dijela navedene prolazne trake (4), koji odgovara području prostora koje je umetnuto između odgovarajućih bočnih površina navedenih drugih krajnjih dijelova navedenih stabljika (5a, 5b), navedeno sredstvo za podešavanje položaja najmanje jedne od navedenih šipki (5b), kako bi se selektivno mijenjao oblik ili širina odgovarajućeg navedenog utora (8) koji sadržava prvu jedinicu (13) za pokretanje poprečnog kretanja klizača (14) koji je sastavni dio najmanje jednog navedenog kraka za podupiranje navedenog drugog kraja odgovarajuće navedene šipke (5b), za posljedičnu promjenu oblika i / ili širine dotičnog navedenog proreza (8).
2. Uređaj u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time, da sadržava veći broj navedenih traka (4), definiranih odgovarajućim parovima navedenih susjednih šipki (5a, 5b), koje su rotirajuće poduprte navedenim sklopom za potporu i kretanje (6) i postavljene su uzdužno između navedenih dijelova (2, 7), pri čemu su odgovarajući uzdužni prorezi (8) definirani između parova navedenih susjednih šipki (5a, 5b).
3. Uređaj u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1 ili 2, naznačen time, da je izlazna šipka (9a) navedene pogonske jedinice (9) spojena, po izboru pomoću odgovarajućih zupčanika, na osovinu za prijenos kretanja (11) koja je spojena, po izboru neizravno, na svaki od navedenih prvih krajnjih dijelova navedenih šipki (5a, 5b).
4. Aparat u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time, da se svaki od navedenih parova šipki (5a, 5b) koji definira odgovarajuće šipke (8) sastoji od prve navedene šipke (5a), koja je montirana na odgovarajući navedeni drugi kraj odgovarajućim navedenim krakom koji je usidren u gornjem području na fiksni poprečni nosač (15), koji je definiran navedenim sklopom (6), i drugim navedenim krakom (5b), koji je oslonjen na odgovarajući navedeni drugi kraj odgovarajućim navedenim krakom koji je usidren u gornjem području za navedeni klizač (14), koji je klizno vođen navedenim poprečnim elementom (15).
5. Aparat u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1 ili 4, naznačen time, da navedena sredstva sadržavaju drugu jedinicu (16) za aktiviranje poprečnog pomicanja navedenog prvog kraja odgovarajuće navedene šipke (5a, 5b), za posljedičnu promjenu oblika ili širine dotičnog navedenog utora (8).
6. Uređaj u skladu s jednim ili više od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da svaka od navedenih šipki (5a, 5b) ima cilindrični oblik.
