Claims (8)
1. Izolacija na osnovi celuloze konfigurirana za puhanje na svom mjestu, obuhvaća mnoštvo celuloznih vlakana obrađena vatrootpornim materijalom, pri čemu najmanje dio od tog mnoštva celuloznih vlakana su vlakna od ostataka kratkih vlakana (SFR) i / ili drugi ostaci vlakana, pri čemu su vlakna od ostataka kratkih vlakana nusprodukt proizvodnje papira, barem dio mnoštva celuloznih vlakana spojenih zajedno i tvore nadgradnju, pri čemu se te nadgradnje tvore da bi stvorile nakupine celuloznih vlakana koje su fiksno spojene zajedno da bi tvorile trodimenzionalna tijela, pri čemu te nadgradnje i nakupine nadgradnje uspostavile praznine u izolaciji koje će odoljeti kompresiji i smanjiti gustoću mase celulozne izolacije i ostaju na mjestu budući je izolacija ispuhana na mjestu.
2. Izolacija sukladno patentnom zahtjevu 1, pri čemu ta izolacija ima frakciju praznine od najmanje 30%.
3. Izolacija sukladno patentnom zahtjevu 1, pri čemu su celulozna vlakna dobivena od ostataka vlakna koja su nusprodukt vlakna iz izvora koji nije proizvodnja papira.
4. Izolacija sukladno patentnom zahtjevu 1, pri čemu je vatrootporni materijal borat, magnezijev sulfat ili kombinacija tih dvaju.
5. Postupak proizvodnje izolacije otporne na požar konfigurirane za puhanje na svom mjestu, izolacija se tvori od mnoštva celuloznih vlakana, pri čemu su barem dio toga mnoštva celuloznih vlakana od ostataka kratkih vlakana i/ili drugi ostaci vlakana, pri čemu vlakna od ostataka kratkih vlakana su nusprodukt od proizvodnje papira, taj postupak obuhvaća korake:
čišćenja većeg broja celuloznih vlakana;
djelomično odvođenje vode tretiranog većeg broja celuloznih vlakana;
tretiranje očišćenog mnoštva celuloznih vlakana s vatrootpornim materijalom; i
sušenje tretiranog mnoštva celuloznih vlakana;
pri čemu taj postupak nadalje obuhvaća korak stvaranja većeg broja nadgradnje barem dijela tretiranog mnoštva celuloznih vlakana, pri čemu je barem dio vlakana od mnoštva celuloznih vlakana spojen da bi se tvorile nadgradnje, pri čemu se te nadgradnje tvore da bi se stvorile skupine celuloznih vlakana koje su fiksno spojene da tvore trodimenzionalna tijela, pri čemu nadgradnje i skupine nadgradnji uspostavile praznine u izolaciji koje se opiru kompresiji i smanjuju gustoću celulozne izolacije u rasutom stanju i ostaju na mjestu budući se izolacija puše u mjestu.
6. Postupak sukladno patentnom zahtjevu 5, pri čemu se ostatak malih vlakana kombinira s recikliranim celuloznim vlaknima.
7. Postupak sukladno patentnom zahtjevu 5, pri čemu vatrootporni materijal koji obuhvaća jedno ili više spojeva na osnovi borata, magnezijevog sulfata ili kombinaciju ovih materijala.
8. Postupak sukladno patentnom zahtjevu 5, pri čemu se taj vatrootporni materijal i ta celulozna vlakna kombiniraju zajedno u postupku pri čemu celulozna vlakna sadrže vlage između 20-99%.
