Claims (8)
1. Plamenik koji je opremljen s najmanje jednim kanalom za gorivo (6) i najmanje jednim kanalom za oksidant (9) koji su dodijeljeni kućištu plamenika (2) namijenjenom ugradnji u stjenku komore za metaluršku obradu i koja se otvara na zajedničkim ustima plamenika (3), i s uređajem za paljenje (10) za paljenje smjese goriva i oksidansa koja nastaje uzvodno od usta plamenika (3) u komori za obradu, pri čemu uređaj za paljenje (10) ima najmanje jedan rotirajuće postavljen disk za paljenje (16), koji je povezan preko osovine (19), te element za paljenje (13), koji je duž tarne površine (17) pritisnut na disk za paljenje (16), pri čemu su disk za paljenje (16) i element za paljenje (16) proizvedeni od, u svakom slučaju, različitih materijala, od kojih je jedan materijal u koji udara iskra, a drugi je materijal koji daje iskru, naznačen time što plamenik ima motor (21) na koji je disk za paljenje (16) spojen preko osovine (19), i time što je disk za paljenje (16) postavljen na osovini koja se proteže u osnovi okomito na os plamenika (5).

5. Plamenik prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što je uređaj za paljenje (10, 26) postavljen bočno odvojeno od kućišta plamenika (2).
6. Plamenik prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što je osovina (19) izrađena od elastičnog materijala i ugrađena je na poduprt način u uređaj za paljenje (10) tako da je disk za paljenje (16) pritisnut na element za paljenje (13) pod djelovanjem obnavljajuće sile osovine (19).
7. Plamenik prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što je izveden kao plamenik gorivo-kisik.
8. Postupak paljenja smjese goriva i oksidansa uzvodno od usta plamenika (3) plamenika (1), pri kojem se postupku najmanje jedna struja goriva i najmanje jedna struja oksidansa transportiraju u odvojenim dovodnim vodovima (4, 8) do usta plamenika (3), miješaju uzvodno od usta plamenika (3) da bi se stvorila zapaljiva smjesa gorivo-oksidans, i zatim se pale, a
paljenje smjese goriva i oksidansa se provodi dovođenjem čestica krutih tvari zagrijanih na temperaturu iznad temperature paljenja smjese gorivo-oksidans, navedene čestice krutih tvari se stvaraju zapaljenjem putem trenja u uređaju za paljenje (10), pri čemu uređaj za paljenje (10) ima najmanje jedan rotacijski montiran disk za paljenje (16), koji je preko osovine (19) povezan s motorom (21), i element za paljenje (13), koji je duž tarne površine (17) pritisnut na disk za paljenje (16), pri čemu su disk za paljenje (16) i element za paljenje (16) proizvedeni u svakom slučaju od različitih materijala, od kojih je jedan materijal u koji udara iskra, a drugi je materijal koji daje iskru, i disk za paljenje (16) je postavljen na osovinu koja se proteže uglavnom okomito na os plamenika (5), a zagrijane čestice krutih tvari se, nakon aktiviranja uređaja za paljenje (10), centrifugiraju u smjeru usta plamenika (3).
