Claims (22)

1. Postupak proizvodnje poroznog mineralnog građevnog materijala na osnovi kalcijevog silikat hidrata, naznačen time što se sastoji u koracima: (i) pripreme vodene smjese koja sadrži vodu, SiO2, kalcijev hidroksid, cement, kalijev silikat, te ubrzivač stvrdnjavanja, gdje se najprije pomiješa vodu i kalijev silikat, a zatim se doda druge čvrste sastojke i umiješa; (ii.1) pripreme pjene uvođenjem plina, osobito zraka, u smjesu koja sadrži vodu i sredstvo za pjenjenje, te umiješavanja pjene u vodenu smjesu iz koraka (i) kako bi se dobilo sirovu smjesu; ili (ii.2) unosa najmanje jedno sredstva za pjenjenje u vodenu smjesu iz koraka (i), pjenjenje dobivene smjese uvođenjem plina, osobito zraka, u vibracijsku miješalicu, uz izborno prebacivanje zapjenjene smjese u daljnju miješalicu, po mogućnosti vodoravnu miješalicu, te miješanje malom brzinom, po mogućnosti u rasponu od 20-200 o/min, kako bi se dobilo sirovu smjesu; (iii) unosa sirove smjese u kalup, te držanja sirove smjese u kalupu najmanje 5 sati, po mogućnosti najmanje 10 sati, a osobito po mogućnosti najmanje 15 sati, kako bi se dobilo sirovinu; (iv) stvrdnjavanja parom sirovine dobivene u koraku (iii) u autoklavu, po potrebi nakon dijeljenja navedene sirovine u dijelove; i (v) sušenja parom stvrdnute sirovine.
2. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što ubrzivač stvrdnjavanja sadrži kristale kalcijevog silikat hidrata, po mogućnosti u vodenoj suspenziji.
3. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 ili 2, naznačen time što vodena smjesa u koraku (i) sadrži najmanje jedan dodatni sastojak kojeg se bira između kaolina, recikliranog materijala, hidrofobizirajućih sredstava, drugih aditiva za beton, ili njihovih smjesa.
4. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što vodena smjesa u koraku (i), na osnovi ukupnog sadržaja krutina, sadrži 25-35 %, težinski, SiO2, 18-35 %, težinski, kalcijevog hidroksida, 25-45 %, težinski, cementa, 1-5 %, težinski, kalijevog silikata, izborno 5-10 %, težinski, kaolina, po mogućnosti 6-8 %, težinski, kaolina, i 3-8 %, težinski, ubrzivača stvrdnjavanja.
5. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što je omjer vode i krutina u vodenoj smjesi iz koraka (i) otprilike 0,5:1 do 1,5:1, po mogućnosti 0,6:1 do 1:1.
6. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što vodena smjesa u koraku (i) uopće ne sadrži organska ili anorganska vlakna.
7. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što je temperatura vodene smjese iz koraka (i) otprilike 19-30 °C, po mogućnosti otprilike 20-25 °C.
8. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što sredstvo za pjenjenje sadrži tenzid ili protein.
9. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što u koraku (ii.1), prilikom miješanja u pjeni, temperatura pjene približno odgovara temperaturi vodene smjese iz koraka (i), gdje po mogućnosti temperatura pjene ne odskače od temperature vodene smjese više od 5 K.
10. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se u koraku (ii.2) vodenu smjesu iz koraka (i) prebacuje u drugu miješalicu, po mogućnosti okomitu miješalicu, te se tamo miješa s najmanje jednim sredstvom za pjenjenje, po mogućnosti u uvjetima u kojima se pjenjenje uglavnom izbjegava.
11. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 10, naznačen time što se smjesu pomiješanu sa sredstvom za pjenjenje prebacuje izravno ili preko najmanje jednog međuspremnika, primjerice dodatne okomite miješalice, u vibracijsku miješalicu, u koju se upuhuje plin, po mogućnosti zrak, radi pjenjenja smjese.
12. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 9, naznačen time što se u koraku (ii.2) dodavanje sredstva za pjenjenje i pjenjenje provodi u vibracijskoj miješalici.
13. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što je gruba gustoća smjese pomiješane s pjenom u koraku (ii.1) ili zapjenjene smjese u koraku (ii.2) 40 do 120 kg/m3, po mogućnosti 60 do 100 kg/m3.
14. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se u koraku (ii.2) zapjenjena smjesa isprazni iz vibracijske miješalice izravno u kalup, te pomiješa u kalupu pomičnim alatom za miješanje koji se po mogućnosti pomiče kroz kalup.
15. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 13, naznačen time što se zapjenjenu smjesu iz koraka (ii.2) prebacuje iz vibracijske miješalice u daljnju miješalicu, po mogućnosti vodoravnu miješalicu, pomiješa u njoj malom brzinom, te isprazni iz nje u kalup.
16. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što sirova smjesa ostaje u kalupu 6-72 sata, po mogućnosti na uglavnom konstantnoj temperaturi, gdje je temperatura po mogućnosti približno polazna temperatura vodene smjese iz koraka (i) i pjene iz koraka (ii.1) ili zapjenjene smjese iz koraka (ii.2).
17. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se kalup djelomično ili u potpunosti ukloni prije stvrdnjavanja parom.
18. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se sirovinu iz koraka (iii) podijeli na manje komade.
19. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se osušeni materijal mehanički obradi nakon koraka (v).
20. Porozni mineralni građevni materijal, naznačen time što ga se može dobiti postupkom u skladu s prethodnim patentnim zahtjevima, naznačen time što građevni materijal sadrži kalcijev silikat hidrat i ima grubu gustoću od 80-130 kg/m3 i toplinsku vodljivost λ manju od 0,040 W/mK.
21. Građevni materijal u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 20, naznačen time što navedeni građevni materijal ima toplinsku vodljivost λ manju od 0,039 W/mK, po mogućnosti manju od 0,038 W/mK, poželjnije manju od 0,037 W/mK.
22. Građevni materijal u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 20 ili 21, naznačen time što je navedeni građevni materijal materijal za toplinsku izolaciju ili materijal za zaštitu od vatre.
