Claims (14)
1. Reaktor (1) za kemijsku reakciju, koji obuhvaća
- kućište (10) i komoru (3) za reakciju;
- element (30) mlaznice sa ulazom (32) za dotok barem jednog reagensa u komoru (3) za reakciju, gdje je element (30) mlaznice postavljen tako da se može kretati u odnosu na kućište (10);
- senzorni uređaj (80), kojim se može registrirati barem jedna mjerna promjenjiva za vrijeme kemijske reakcije; i
- uređaj (50) za podešavanje, kojim se može podesiti barem jedan parametar pozicioniranja koji utječe na kretanje elementa (30) mlaznice
- kontrolnu jedinicu (70), koja je projektirana da prihvati mjerni signal senzornog uređaja (80), zasnovan na mjernoj promjenjivoj senzornog uređaja (80) i da u zavisnosti od izmjerenog signala stvori upravljački signal za uređaj (50) za podešavanje,
gdje senzorni uređaj (80) obuhvaća senzor za registriranje frekvencije kojom oscilira element mlaznice.
2. Reaktor (1) prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, što je predviđeno prvo mjesto (21) zaustavljanja i drugo mjesto (52) zaustavljanja elementa (30) mlaznice, između kojih se može pomicati element (30) mlaznice, gdje podesivi parametar za pozicioniranje predstavlja razmak između prvog mjesta (21) zaustavljanja i drugog mjesta (52) zaustavljanje.
3. Reaktor (1) prema patentnom zahtjevu 2, naznačen time, što se razmak pruža paralelno sa glavnim protočnim pravcem, u kome reagens protječe kroz element (30) mlaznice.
4. Reaktor (1) prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačen time, što element (30) mlaznice obuhvaća izlaz (33), gdje je poprečni presjek protoka izlaza (33) veći od poprečnog presjeka protoka ulaza (32).
5. Reaktor (1) prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačen time, što je element (30) mlaznice realiziran kao disk sa centralnim otvorom (31).
6. Reaktor (1) prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 5, naznačen time, što je element (30) mlaznice pričvršćen za kućište (10) membranom (40) koja ga obavija.
7. Reaktor (1) prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 6, naznačen time, što je predviđen element (91) za podešavanje sa vrhom (92) u vidu igle, koji je postavljen ispred ulaza (32) u element (30) mlaznice tj. koji se angažira kroz ulaz (32) elementa (30) mlaznice.
8. Reaktor (1) prema patentnom zahtjevu 7, naznačen time, što se pozicija vrha (92) u vidu igle u odnosu na ulaz (32) elementa (30) mlaznice može podesiti.
9. Reaktor (1) prema patentnom zahtjevu 7 ili 8, naznačen time, što vrh (92) u vidu igle obuhvaća kanal (93) za dotok reagensa ili nekog drugog reagensa.
10. Reaktor (1) prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 9, naznačen time, što su blizu ulaza (32) u element (30) mlaznice ugrađene površinske konstrukcije.
11. Postupak reguliranja kemijske reakcije koja se odvija u komori (3) za reakciju u reaktoru, prema zahtjevu 1, gdje reaktor (1) obuhvaća kućište (10) i element (30) mlaznice koji je postavljen tako da se može kretati u odnosu na kućište (10), i ulaz (32) za dotok barem jednog reagensa u komoru (3) za reakciju, gdje za vrijeme reakcije element (30) mlaznice sprovodi oscilatorno kretanje, gdje se registrira barem jedan parametar osciliranja oscilatornog kretanja i gdje se reakcija regulira na osnovu zabilježenog parametra osciliranja.
12. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 11, naznačen time, što parametar osciliranja predstavlja frekvenciju oscilatornog kretanja elementa (30) mlaznice.
13. Postupak prema zahtjevu 11 ili 12, naznačen time, što se oscilatorno kretanje ograničava prvim mjestom (21) zaustavljanja elementa (30) mlaznice i drugim mjestom (52) zaustavljanja elementa mlaznice, gdje se u cilju reguliranja reakcije mijenja odstojanje između prvog mjesta zaustavljanja i drugog mjesta zaustavljanja.
14. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 11 do 13, naznačen time, što se položaj vrha (92) u vidu igle u odnosu na ulaz (32) u element (30) mlaznice, koji je postavljen ispred ulaza u element mlaznice i/ili barem djelomično prodire kroz ulaz u element mlaznice, mijenja u cilju reguliranja kemijske reakcije.
