When treating infections of sensitive skin, mucous membranes and wounds, there is a big problem in choosing a local antiseptic to combat the cause of the infection. Current local antiseptics used for this purpose have the disadvantage that as much as they work well on the causative agent of the infection, they have an unfavorable effect on the mucous membranes on which they are applied, that is, if they do not damage the mucous membranes, then they are poorly effective on the causative agents of the infection. The mucous membrane of the peritoneum is very sensitive to local antiseptics, and in the event of an infection in the abdominal cavity, a physiological solution is used for rinsing, with which the abdomen is only washed mechanically. In the case of vaginal infections of various etiologies, due to the sensitivity of the mucous membrane, current local antiseptics are very ineffective, and completely ineffective against some causative agents of infection (human papilloma virus). The situation is the same when performing transurethral interventions. When the cystoscope is inserted into the urinary canal, the infection from the beginning of the urinary canal is mechanically transferred by the cystoscope to the depth of the canal. During diagnostic and therapeutic interventions on the urinary canals, a cystoscope (or a stone already in the canal) can mechanically damage the mucous membrane of the urinary canal and there is a risk of infection. During cystoscopy, only sterile water is used for permanent flushing of the urinary tract, which only mechanically flushes the urinary tract. In the case of respiratory tract infection, there is no agent, a local antiseptic that acts on the cause of the infection, especially on viral infections, which are the most common cause.
Izlaganje biti izuma Presentation of the essence of the invention
The primary goal of the invention is the application of a local antiseptic solution to combat infection on sensitive skin and mucous membranes, which very efficiently destroys all types of infectious agents: viruses, bacteria and fungi, while not damaging the surfaces on which it is applied.
The active substance of the solution is atomic oxygen, which is formed as a result of a labile bond in the sodium oxychlorite (hypochlorite) molecule. The concentration of oxygen in the solution is from 75 to 95 mg per one liter of solution.
Otopina lokalni antiseptik za osjetljivu kožu, sluznice i rane vrlo efikasno uništava sve vrste mikroorganizama: bakterije, viruse, gljivice i spore. The local antiseptic solution for sensitive skin, mucous membranes and wounds very effectively destroys all types of microorganisms: bacteria, viruses, fungi and spores.
The specially prepared solution does not contain any harmful substances and does not irritate the sensitive surfaces on which it is applied. The solution has a devastating effect on microorganisms and dead and decomposed tissues, turning them into non-toxic compounds. It acts on the surface parts and does not reach the systemic circulation. The solution is non-toxic and decomposes into non-toxic elements.
Opis načina ostvarivanja izuma Description of the method of realization of the invention
Local antiseptic solution for sensitive skin and mucous membranes can be used for all types of infections on sensitive skin and mucous membranes. In case of vaginal infections, the solution is used for vaginal washings and tampons. It can be used preventively in all types of vaginal interventions and surgical procedures before, during and after the procedure.
In cytoscopic transurethral diagnostic and therapeutic interventions, the solution for sensitive skin and mucous membranes can be used to prevent and control infection in the urinary tract.
In abdominal procedures, when there is a risk of infection or it is already present (opening of the intestine, perforation of the gallbladder, perforation of the appendix, etc.), the abdominal cavity can be rinsed with a solution for sensitive skin and mucous membranes.
In case of respiratory tract infections of various etiologies, the solution for sensitive skin and mucous membranes is used to control infection by rinsing the mouth and throat, as drops and spray for the nasal cavity and as an aerosol for inhalation to control infection in other parts of the respiratory system.
Način primjene izuma Method of application of the invention
The solution for sensitive skin and mucous membranes is applied as a local antiseptic to infected surfaces, in the form of a solution with which the surface is washed, tamponed, or gauze dressings soaked in the solution are applied. In case of infections of the respiratory tract, the solution is used for rinsing the mouth and throat, as drops for the nose and in the form of an aerosol for inhalation to treat infections in other parts of the respiratory system. The exposure time is from 1 to 15 minutes and longer. The duration of the therapy is from 5 to 20 days or longer, that is, until the symptoms of the disease disappear. In the case of urinary tract infections and transurethral interventions, urinary tract irrigation is performed.
