Claims (6)
1. Uređaj za pričvršćivanje, koji ima
- krovnu kuku (60), koja se može pričvrstiti na krovnu konstrukciju, osobito na krovnu gredu, i koja ima spojni dio (70),
- montažna šina (40) koja je pogodna za prihvat tereta, na primjer fotonaponskog modula i koja ima najmanje jedan dio sa suprotnom spojkom (50), i
- sklop držača (90), koji je pogodan za spajanje montažne šine (40) na krovnu kuku (60) i koji ima najmanje jedan uređaj za stezanje (80, 82) i najmanje jedan elastični opružni element (24),
pri čemu se najmanje jedan dio sa suprotnom spojkom (50) može spojiti sa spojnim dijelom (70), pritezanjem najmanje jednog uređaja za stezanje (80, 82), istodobno primjenjujući silu zatezanja na najmanje jedan opružni element (24),
pri čemu montažna šina (40) dodatno ima podrezani uzdužni utor (46) s najmanje jednim podrezanim dijelom (48) koji se nalazi uz otvor uzdužnog utora (46) i okrenut je prema unutrašnjosti uzdužnog utora (46) i pri čemu sklop držača (90) nadalje ima najmanje jedan zahvatni dio (28), koji strši iz njega i koji se može zahvatiti najmanje jednim podrezanim dijelom (48), pri čemu se uspostavlja veza između montažne šine (40) i sklopa držača (90),
naznačen time, da je najmanje jedan zahvatni dio (28) elastično povezan s ostatkom sklopa držača (90) i konfiguriran je da se, kada je umetnut kroz otvor uzdužnog utora (46), elastično deformira, stvarajući povratne sile, i vraća se, barem približno, u svoj početni položaj u odnosu na ostatak sklopa držača (90) nakon potpunog umetanja.
2. Uređaj za pričvršćivanje u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1,
naznačen time, da najmanje jedan podrezani dio (48) ima udubljenje (49), koje se poželjno proteže u uzdužnom smjeru nosača (40) za prihvat slobodnog kraja najmanje jednog zahvatnog dijela (28) sklopa držača (90).
3. Uređaj za pričvršćivanje u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1 ili 2,
naznačen time, da sklop držača (90) ima dva zahvatna dijela (28), a poželjno i dva opružna elementa (24).
4. Uređaj za pričvršćivanje u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 ili 3,
naznačen time, da se u ravnini presjeka, pravokutnoj od uzdužnog smjera montažne šine (40), uzdužni utor (46) sužava prema strani suprotnoj njegovom otvoru.
5. Uređaj za pričvršćivanje u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 4,
naznačen time, da sklop držača (90) ima element držača (20), koji je poželjno izrađen kao izrezani savijeni metalni dio,
i da je najmanje jedan zahvatni dio (28) integralno izrađen s elementom držača (20).
6. Uređaj za pričvršćivanje u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 5,
naznačen time, da montažna šina (40), pored otvorenog uzdužnog utora (46), ima najmanje jedan zatvoreni profilni dio (44) u ravnini presjeka, pravokutnoj od njezinog uzdužnog smjera, te je poželjno izrađen kao kontinuirano lijevani profil.
