Claims (19)
1. Postupak za manipuliranje bušotinom (14), sadrži:
- postavljanje senzora tlaka (43) u bušotinu;
- postavljanje uređaja (60) u bušotinu ispod prstenastog brtvenog uređaja (22), prstenasti brtveni uređaj koji zahvaća unutarnju stranu kućišta (12b) ili rupe u bušotini, i nalazi se najmanje 100 m ispod površine bušotine,
- postavljanje priključka (16, 50) za spajanje uređaja sa prstenasto brtvenim uređajem, priključak je iznad uređaja i ispod prstenastog brtvenog uređaja;
uređaj sadrži:
- spremnik (68) s volumenom od najmanje 50 litara (I);
- otvor (61) koji omogućuje komunikaciju tlaka i tekućine između unutrašnjosti i vanjske strane spremnika;
- mehanički sklop ventila koji ima član ventila (62) prilagođen za pomicanje da bi se selektivno omogućilo ili oduprlo ulasku tekućine u barem dio spremnika, preko otvora;
- upravljački mehanizam (64, 66) za upravljanje mehaničkim sklopom ventila, koji sadrži komunikacijski uređaj konfiguriran za prijem kontrolnog signala za pomicanje člana ventila;
- pečaćenje spremnika na površini, i zatim njegovo razmještanje u bušotinu tako da se uređaj pomiče sa površine u bušotinu ispod prstenastog brtvenog uređaja sa spremnikom zapečaćenim;
- tlak u barem jednom dijelu navedene unutrašnjosti spremnika je manji od navedene vanjske strane spremnika najmanje jednu minutu;
- slanje kontrolnog signala odozgo prstenastog brtvenog uređaja komunikacijskom uređaju barem dijelom putem bežičnog kontrolnog signala koji se prenosi u barem jednom od sljedećih oblika: elektromagnetski, akustični, induktivno spojeni tubulari i kodirano pulsiranje tlaka;
- pomicanje člana ventila kao odgovor na navedeni kontrolni signal kako bi se omogućilo tekućini da uđe u spremnik; i,
- uvlačenje najmanje 5 I tekućine u spremnik.
2. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se član ventila (62) pomiče najmanje dvije minute prije i / ili najmanje dvije minute poslije, svakog aktiviranja perforirajućeg pištolja.
3. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što je senzor tlaka (43) ispod prstenastog brtvenog uređaja (22) i senzor tlaka je povezan s bežičnim odašiljačem i podaci se odašilju od bežičnog odašiljača, iznad prstenastog brtvenog uređaja u najmanje jednom od sljedećih oblika: elektromagnetski, akustički i induktivno spojeni tubulari.
4. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što je predviđena barijera u bušotini (14) i otvor (61) uređaja (60) je postavljen ispod barijere kada se ventil (62) pomakne kako bi se omogućilo tekućini da uđe spremnik (68).
5. Postupak prema zahtjevu 4, naznačen time što je barem jedan dio bušotine (14) suspendiran ili napušten ispod barijere.
6. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se uređaj (60) prenosi na jednom od cijevi, bušilice ili kućišta / obloge (12a, 12b), i pri čemu je uređaj izborno razmješten u bušotinu (14) u isti postupak kao razmještanje prstenastog brtvenog uređaja (22) u bušotinu.
7. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se bušotina (14) zatvara, na površini ili dubinski, nakon što se uređaj (60) pokrene i prije nego što se član ventila (62) pomakne kao odgovor na kontrolni signal.
8. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što je prstenasti brtveni uređaj (22) prvi prstenasti brtveni uređaj (122a) i otvor (61) uređaja (60) je postavljen iznad drugog prstenastog brtvenog uređaja (122b).
9. Postupak prema zahtjevu 8, uključujući ispitivanje kratkog intervala i naznačen time što su prvi prstenasti brtveni uređaj (122a) i drugi prstenasti brtveni uređaj (122b) udaljeni manje od 10 m, izborno manje od 5 m, ili manje od 2 m, ili manje od 1 m, ili manje od 0.5 m.
10. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, uključujući uporabu uređaja (60) za provođenje ispitivanja intervala, ispitivanja povlačenja, ispitivanja protoka, ispitivanja izrade, ispitivanja tlaka, ili ispitivanja povezivanja, poput ispitivanja pulsa ili smetnji.
11. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, koji također sadrži provođenje postupka na bušotini (14) naznačen time što postupak uključuje jedan ili više snimaka slike, ispitivanja izrade, ispitivanja povlačenja, ispitivanja povezivanja kao što je interferencija ili ispitivanje pulsa, ispitivanje protoka, ispitivanje tlaka, test ispitivanja bušotine (DW) s produženom bušotinom (EWT), tretman bušotine / rezervoara poput kiselog tretmana, intervalnog ispitivanja injektiranosti, ispitivanja propusnosti, hidrauličkog lomljenja ili minifrak postupka, postupak ubrizgavanja, rad šljunčanog papira, rad perforacije, uvođenje nizova, remont, obustava i napuštanje.
12. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što je bušotina (14) plinska bušotina, i uređaj (60) se koristi za izvlačenje tekućine iz bušotine u spremnik (68) radi smanjenja hidrostatičke glave donjeg dijela zone.
13. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što spremnik (68) sadrži komoru s tekućinom u fluidnoj komunikaciji sa otvorom (61) i odvodnom komorom i pri čemu upravljački mehanizam (64, 66) kontrolira fluidnu komunikaciju između komore s tekućinom i odvodnom komorom.
14. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što uređaj (60) sadrži prigušivač (176) izborno fiksan ili podesiv.
15. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što spremnik (68) ima volumen od najmanje 100 l i najmanje 100 l tekućine iz bušotine (14) se uvlači u spremnik.
16. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što pored spremnika (68), postoji barem jedan sekundarni spremnik koji ima volumen od najmanje 1 l, najmanje jedan sekundarni spremnik ima upravljački uređaj za kontrolu komunikacije između unutrašnjosti i vanjske strane sekundarnog spremnika, pri čemu upravljački uređaj uključuje sklop mehaničkog ventila (62), i pri čemu je tlak unutar sekundarnog spremnika veći od tlaka vanjske strane sekundarnog spremnika ili pri čemu uređaj (60) sadrži pumpu koja pumpa tekućinu u / iz unutrašnjosti najmanje jednog sekundarnog spremnika od / do vanjske strane sekundarnog spremnika.
17. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se bežični upravljački signal odašilja kao barem jedan od elektromagnetskih signala i akustičkih upravljačkih signala.
18. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što je upravljački mehanizam (64, 66) konfiguriran da bude upravljan kontrolnim signalom više od 24 sata nakon što se ubaci u bušotinu (14), izborno više od 7 dana, više od 1 mjeseca, više od 1 godine ili više od 5 godina.
19. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što je spremnik (68) definiran, barem dijelom, kućištem ili oblogom (12a, 12b).
