Claims (13)
1. Uređaj za zaštitu od prenapona koji ima:
prvi (120) i drugi (130) električno vodljiv elektrodni element;
varistorski element (110), načinjen od varistorskog materijala i električno spojen sa svakim od prvog i drugog elektrodnog elementa;
naznačen time što uređaj za zaštitu od prenapona sadrži i:
integralni prvi sigurnosni mehanizam (161), konfiguriran za stvaranje električnog kratkog spoja između prvog i drugog elektrodnog elementa oko varistorskog elementa kada ga okine prvi splet radnih uvjeta; i
integralni drugi sigurnosni mehanizam (141), konfiguriran za stvaranje električnog kratkog spoja između prvog i drugog elektrodnog elementa oko varistorskog elementa kada ga okine drugi splet radnih uvjeta, različit od prvog spleta radnih uvjeta, gdje
prvi splet radnih uvjeta uključuje pojavu iskrenja; i
drugi splet radnih uvjeta uključuje pojavu pregrijavanja;
prvi sigurnosni mehanizam radi stvaranjem električnog kratkog spoja između prvog i drugog elektrodnog elementa oko varistorskog elementa u odgovor na varistorski element koji provodi relativno jaku struju proboja; i
drugi sigurnosni mehanizam radi stvaranjem električnog kratkog spoja između prvog i drugog elektrodnog elementa oko varistorskog elementa u odgovor na varistorski element koji provodi relativno slabu struju proboja, nedovoljnu za okidanje prvog sigurnosnog mehanizma.
2. Uređaj za zaštitu od prenapona u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što:
prvi sigurnosni mehanizam (161) je konfiguriran za stvaranje električnog kratkog spoja između prvog i drugog elektrodnog elementa oko varistorskog elementa kada ga okine prvi splet radnih uvjeta radi sprječavanja toplinskog preopterećenja uređaja za zaštitu od prenapona; i
drugi sigurnosni mehanizam (141) je konfiguriran za stvaranje električnog kratkog spoja između prvog i drugog elektrodnog elementa oko varistorskog elementa kada ga okine drugi splet radnih uvjeta radi sprječavanja toplinskog preopterećenja uređaja za zaštitu od prenapona.
3. Uređaj za zaštitu od prenapona u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što:
prvi sigurnosni mehanizam radi stvaranjem električnog kratkog spoja između prvog i drugog elektrodnog elementa oko varistorskog elementa u odgovor na proboj kratkog spoja varistorskog elementa dovoljan za stvaranje luka; i
drugi sigurnosni mehanizam radi stvaranjem električnog kratkog spoja između prvog i drugog elektrodnog elementa oko varistorskog elementa u odgovor na proboj kratkog spoja varistorskog elementa nedovoljan za stvaranje luka.
4. Uređaj za zaštitu od prenapona u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što drugi sigurnosni mehanizam radi stvaranjem električnog kratkog spoja između prvog i drugog elektrodnog elementa oko varistorskog elementa:
u odgovor na struju istjecanja kroz varistor koja stvara toplinu iz omskih gubitaka u varistoru; ili
kada varistor ne uspije kao kratki spoj i stvara toplinu iz struje kvara kroz mjesto proboja kratkog spoja u varistoru nedovoljne za stvaranje luka.
5. Uređaj za zaštitu od prenapona u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 4, naznačen time što prvi sigurnosni mehanizam radi stvaranjem električnog kratkog spoja između prvog i drugog elektrodnog elementa oko varistorskog elementa u odgovor na varistorski element koji provodi struju proboja dovoljnu za stvaranje luka.
6. Uređaj za zaštitu od prenapona u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što:
drugi sigurnosni mehanizam sadrži električno vodljivi rastaljivi element (140); i
rastaljivi element odgovara na toplinu u uređaju za zaštitu od prenapona taljenjem i stvaranjem puta za tok struje između prvog i drugog elektrodnog elementa kroz rastaljivi element.
7. Uređaj za zaštitu od prenapona u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 6, naznačen time što:
uređaj za zaštitu od prenapona dodatno sadrži električno izolirajući razmačni element (160), koji međusobno električno izolira prvi od drugog elektrodnog elementa; i
rastaljivi element ima višu temperaturu taljenja od temperature taljenja razmačnog elementa.
8. Uređaj za zaštitu od prenapona u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 7, naznačen time što je razmačni element načinjen od polimernog materijala debljine (T1) u rasponu od oko 0,1 mm do 0,5 mm.
9. Uređaj za zaštitu od prenapona u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što:
varistorski element ima prvu i drugu, međusobno nasuprotnu, općenito ravnu kontaktnu površinu varistora (112, 114);
prva elektroda sadrži kućište, koje omeđuje komoru kućišta (121) i ima metalnu bočna stijenka kućišta (124) i elektrodnu stijenku (122), gdje elektrodna stijenka ima kontaktnu površinu prve elektrode (122A), električno spojenu s prvom kontaktnom površinom varistora;
varistorski element se nalazi u komori kućišta; i
druga elektroda sadrži glavu (132), smještenu u komori kućišta, gdje glava sadrži kontaktnu površinu druge elektrode (132A), električno spojenu s drugom kontaktnom površinom varistora.
10. Uređaj za zaštitu od prenapona u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 9, naznačen time što:
kontaktna površina prve elektrode (122A) je u izravnom kontaktu s prvom kontaktnom površinom varistora; i
kontaktna površina druge elektrode (132A) je u izravnom kontaktu s drugom kontaktnom površinom varistora.
11. Uređaj za zaštitu od prenapona u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 9, naznačen time što sadrži prednaponski uređaj (146), koji daje prednapon za najmanje jedan od prvog i drugog elektrodnog elementa naspram varistorskog elementa.
12. Uređaj za zaštitu od prenapona u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što:
uređaj za zaštitu od prenapona sadrži kućište, koje omeđuje komoru kućišta; i
prvi sigurnosni mehanizam i drugi sigurnosni mehanizam se nalaze u komori kućišta.
13. Postupak osiguravanja zaštite od prenapona, gdje se postupak sastoji u:
osiguravanju uređaja za zaštitu od prenapona koji sadrži:
prvi (120) i drugi (130) električno vodljivi elektrodni elementi;
varistorski element (110), načinjen od varistorskog materijala i električno spojen sa svakim od prvog i drugog elektrodnog elementa;
usmjeravanju struje između prvog i drugog elektrodnog elementa kroz varistorski element tijekom pojave prenapona;
naznačen time što uređaj za zaštitu od prenapona sadrži i:
integralni prvi sigurnosni mehanizam (161), konfiguriran za stvaranje električnog kratkog spoja između prvog i drugog elektrodnog elementa oko varistorskog elementa kada ga okine prvi splet radnih uvjeta; i
integralni drugi sigurnosni mehanizam (141), konfiguriran za stvaranje električnog kratkog spoja između prvog i drugog elektrodnog elementa oko varistorskog elementa kada ga okine drugi splet radnih uvjeta, različit od prvog spleta radnih uvjeta, gdje
prvi splet radnih uvjeta uključuje pojavu iskrenja; i
drugi splet radnih uvjeta uključuje pojavu pregrijavanja;
prvi sigurnosni mehanizam radi stvaranjem električnog kratkog spoja između prvog i drugog elektrodnog elementa oko varistorskog elementa u odgovor na varistorski element koji provodi relativno jaku struju proboja; i
drugi sigurnosni mehanizam radi stvaranjem električnog kratkog spoja između prvog i drugog elektrodnog elementa oko varistorskog elementa u odgovor na varistorski element koji provodi relativno slabu struju proboja, nedovoljnu za okidanje prvog sigurnosnog mehanizma.
