Claims (5)
1. Postupak potvrđivanja digitalno potpisane elektronske pošte, kojeg provodi telekomunikacijski operator, naznačen time što se postupak sastoji u:
i. generiranju najmanje jedne elektronske pošiljke od strane pošiljatelja (1,2,3), koji je korisnik telekomunikacijskog operatora,
ii. osiguravanju dolaska elektronske pošte u server za poštu za klijente telekomunikacijskog operatora (4,15),
iii. slanju elektronske pošte u:
– server odredišne pošte (7,24) preko interneta (5) kako bi se osiguralo njezin dolazak na odredište potvrđene pošte (8,25), i
– server za dolaznu poštu telekomunikacijskog operatora (9), te slanje elektronske pošte iz servera za dolaznu poštu telekomunikacijskog operatora (9) u server za obradu podataka o potvrđivanju koji čini dio telekomunikacijskog operatora,
iv. potvrđivanju (17), u serveru za obradu podataka o potvrđivanju, elektronske pošte, gdje se navedeno potvrđivanje pak sastoji u generiranju preslike (18) elektronske pošte i rastavljanju elektronske pošte na njezine dijelove, gdje navedeni dijelovi sadrže detalje o slanju, detalje o prijemu i sadržaj pošte, gdje postupak potvrđivanja digitalno potpisane elektronske pošte dodatno uključuje:
v. umetanje (20), u serveru za obradu podataka o potvrđivanju, preslike (18) elektronske pošte u spremnik,
vi. generiranju potvrđene pošte (21), u serveru za obradu podataka o potvrđivanju, koja sadrži uloženu presliku (18) elektronske pošte i osiguravanju njezinog dolaska u server za odlaznu poštu (23, 26) telekomunikacijskog operatora iz servera za obradu podataka o potvrđivanju,
vii. osiguravanju dolaska potvrđene pošte (21) u server odredišne pošte (7,24) iz servera za odlaznu poštu (23,26,38,50) telekomunikacijskog operatora,
viii. osiguravanju dolaska potvrđene pošte (21) iz servera odredišne pošte (7,24) u:
– odredište potvrđene pošte (8,25), i
– server za odlaznu poštu (23,26,38,50) telekomunikacijskog operatora,
ix. dostavljanju uložene preslike (18) elektronske pošte od strane servera za odlaznu poštu (23,26,38,50) telekomunikacijskog operatora, radi njezine dostave, uz čekanje kroz naknadno vrijeme između 10 minuta i jednog sata radi naknadnog odbijanja kao odgovor kako bi se izbjeglo da server odredišne pošte odmah prihvaća sve, te naknadno odbija,
x. provođenju provjera dostave (27) potvrđene pošte (21) na odredištu potvrđene pošte (8,25),
xi. generiranju potvrde (37,49) u serveru za potvrđivanje (30,41) telekomunikacijskog operatora, ako je potvrđena pošta uspješno dostavljena, gdje navedena potvrda sadrži:
a. prvi dio (31,42), koji pak sadrži: detalje o slanju, detalje o prijemu i sadržaj pošte, i
b. drugi dio (34,45), koji pak sadrži detalje u dolasku potvrde (21) u server za odlaznu poštu (23,26) telekomunikacijskog operatora,
gdje se provjeravanje (44) nakon generiranja prvog dijela (31,42) provodi navedenim provjeravanjem (44), koje se sastoji u provjeravanju je li server odredišne pošte za potvrđenu elektronsku poštu (8,25) na spisku servera na spisku za odbijanje ili na crnoj listi koji u pravilu prihvaćaju sve poruke i naknadno ih odbijaju kada primatelj odgovarajuće potvrđene pošte (8,25) ne postoji; na takav način da postupak dodatno uključuje:
• dodavanje potvrdi (37,49) detalja koji se odnose na nepostojanje primatelja na serveru odredišta potvrđene pošte (8,25), kada provjeravanje (44) rezultira da je server odredišta potvrđene pošte (8,25) na spisku servera na spisku za odbijanje ili na crnoj listi, ili
• generiranje drugog dijela (34,45) potvrde (37,49) sa svim detaljima o transakciji, dodavanje vremenske oznake (35,48) treće stranke i potpisivanje potvrde (37,49) s elektronskim potpisom telekomunikacijskog operatora, kada server odredišne pošte (7,24) nije na crnoj listi ili spisku za odbijanje, i
xii. osiguravanju dolaska potvrde (37,49) kod pošiljatelja (1,2,3).
2. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što dodatno uključuje provjeravanje (10) je li pošiljatelj (1,2,3) potvrdio povlastice uspoređivanjem sa spiskom korisnika odnosno povlastica, gdje se provjeru provodi slanjem elektronske pošte u server za obradu podataka o potvrđivanju.
3. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što dodatno uključuje provođenje istovara preslike (18) elektronske pošte i njezinih dijelova, nakon rastavljanja preslike (18), u prvoj bazi podataka (19,32,43).
4. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što dodatno uključuje provođenje istovara potvrđene pošte (21) u drugoj bazi podataka (22,33,46), koja sadrži elemente podešene za dolaženje u server za odlaznu poštu (23,26,38,50) telekomunikacijskog operatora.
5. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što provjera dostave (27) u koraku x rezultira nedostavom potvrđene pošte (21) na odredištu potvrđene pošte (8,25), gdje postupak dodatno uključuje dodavanje potvrdi (37,49) detalja koji se odnose na nedostavu, gdje navedeni detalji sadrže: vrijeme pokušaja dostave i adresu dostave.
