Claims (19)
1. Plutajući element (1) za oblikovanje modularno konstruiranog sustava uzgona (2), plutajući element (1) obuhvaća gornju površinu (7), prvu bočnu stranu (12) i suprotnu drugu bočnu stranu (14), prvu spojnu površinu (16) koja se proteže od prve bočne strane (12) do druge bočne strane (14), a suprotna druga spojna površina (18) se proteže od prve bočne strane (12) do druge bočne strane (14), plutajući element (1) je predviđen sa šupljinom (3), pri čemu prva spojna površina (16) tvori ravnu površinu, te druga spojna površina (18) tvori ravnu površinu, najmanje prva bočna strana ( 12) plutajućeg elementa (1) predviđena je s najmanje jednim prvim izrezom (4) koji je na svom prvom kraju (41), povezan s prvim kanalom (44) čija su usta u prvoj spojnoj površini (16), navedeni kanal (44) je načinjen s ravnim suprotno utisnutim udubljenjem (5) u spojnoj površini (16), i koji je na svom drugom kraju (43), povezan s drugim kanalom (45) čija su usta u drugoj spojnoj površini (18), navedeni kanal (45) je načinjen s ravnim suprotno utisnutim udubljenjem (5) u spojnoj površini (18), te plutajući element (1) nadalje obuhvaća dio kobilice (29) koji se proteže od prve spojne površine (16) do druge spojne površine (18).
2. Plutajući element (1) prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što je druga bočna strana (14) opremljena s najmanje jednim drugim izrezom (4') koji je na njegovom prvom kraju (41') opremljen s prvim kanalom (44') čija su usta u prvoj spojnoj površini (16), i koji je, na njegovom drugom kraju (43'), opremljen s drugim kanalom (45') čija su usta u drugoj spojnoj površini (18).
3. Plutajući element (1) prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što je prva bočna strana (12) dodatno opremljena trećim izrezom (4") koji je na njegovom prvom kraju (41") opremljen s prvim kanalom (44") čija su usta u prvoj spojnoj površini (16), i koji je, na njegovom drugom kraju (43"), opremljen s drugim kanalom (45") čija su usta u drugoj spojnoj površini (18).
4. Plutajući element (1) prema patentnom zahtjevu 2, naznačen time što druga bočna strana (14) dodatno opremljena četvrtim izrezom (4'") koji je na njegovom prvom kraju (41"), opremljen s prvim kanalom (4'") čija su usta u prvoj spojnoj površini (16), i koji je, na njegovom drugom kraju (43"'), opremljen s drugim kanalom (45"') čija su usta u drugoj spojnoj površini (18).
5. Plutajući element (1) prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačen time što je duljina prve bočne strane (12) različita od duljine druge bočne strane (14).
6. Plutajući element (1) prema patentnom zahtjevu 2, naznačen time što postoji poprečni kanal (6) koji se proteže od prvog izreza (4) do drugog izreza (4').
7. Plutajući element (1) prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 6, naznačen time što, u njegovom položaju primjene, prva bočna strana (16) ima dio (29) koji je uronjen dublje od druge bočne strane (18).

12. 17. Postupak oblikovanja sustava uzgona (2), naznačen time što postupak uključuje korake:
a) osiguravanje mnoštva plutajućih elemenata (1) prema patentnom zahtjevu 1;
b) osiguravanje barem jednog izduženog spojnog elementa (22) odabranog iz skupine koja sadrži lanac, uže, žicu i gumenu traku;
c) narezivanje izduženog spojnog elementa (22) kroz usta prvog kanala (44) u prvoj spojnoj površini (16), kroz prvi kanal (44), kroz izrez (4), kroz drugi kanal (45) i van kroz usta drugog kanala (45) u drugoj spojnoj površini (18); i
d) ponavljanje koraka c).
18. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 17, naznačen time što, nakon koraka c), postupak nadalje uključuje korake:
c') osiguravanje plovka (24);
c") narezivanje izduženog spojnog elementa (22) kroz plovak (24); i
d) ponavljanje koraka od c).
19. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 17, naznačen time što postupak uključuje narezivanje daljnjeg izduženog spojnog elementa (22') u skladu s koracima c) i d) kroz prazna usta i izreze (4', 4", 4'").
