Claims (15)
1. Sustav s monolitnim radijativnim panelom, konfiguriran za omogućavanje grijanja i hlađenja u zatvorenom prostoru, gdje sustav s monolitnim radijativnim panelom sadrži monolitni radijativni panel (100), gdje monolitni radijativni panel (100) sadrži:
cijevni dio (102), konfiguriran za kruženje fluida koji omogućuje grijanje i hlađenje zatvorenog prostora; i
dva koplanarna krilna dijela (104, 106), smještena neđusobno dijametralno suprotno na periferiji cijevnog dijela (102), gdje je najmanje jedan od:
najmanje jedan od dva koplanarna krilna dijela (104, 106), i
cijevnog dijela (102)
konfiguriran za spajanje s površinom zatvorenog prostora pod kutem omeđenim između ravnine krilnih dijelova (104, 106) i vodoravnog smjera za omogućavanje grijanja i hlađenja u zatvorenom prostoru,
gdje je monolitni radijativni panel (100) smješten uz više sličnih monolitnih radijativnih panela (100), kako bi se omogućilo grijanje i hlađenje u zatvorenom prostoru, naznačen time što su modularni monolitni radijativni panel (100) i više sličnih monolitnih radijativnih panela (100) tako smješteni da čine dva paralelna kruga za protok fluida (402, 404), gdje je smjer protoka fluida u jednom od krugova za protok fluida (402) suprotan smjeru protoka fluida u drugom krugu za protok fluida (404).
2. Sustav s monolitnim radijativnim panelom u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što se najmanje jedan monolitni radijativni panel (100) sastoji od aluminijeve legure.
3. Sustav s monolitnim radijativnim panelom u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što je monolitni radijativni panel (100) obložen takvim materijal da monolitni radijativni panel (100) ima emitivnost od otprilike 0,90 do otprilike 0,99.
4. Sustav s monolitnim radijativnim panelom u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što je monolitni radijativni panel (100) dug otprilike 3 m do otprilike 16 m, širok otprilike 100 mm do otprilike 300 mm, te debeo otprilike 1,5 mm do otprilike 4 mm.
5. Sustav s monolitnim radijativnim panelom u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što je monolitni radijativni panel (100) dug otprilike 3 m do otprilike 6 m, širok otprilike 100 mm do otprilike 150 mm, te debeo otprilike 1,5 mm do otprilike 1,6 mm.
6. Sustav s monolitnim radijativnim panelom u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što cijevni dio (102) ima vanjski promjer od otprilike 13 mm do otprilike 21 mm, a unutarnji promjer od otprilike 10 mm do otprilike 18 mm.
7. Sustav s monolitnim radijativnim panelom u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što je najmanje jedan od:
najmanje jedan od dva koplanarna krilna dijela (104, 106), i
cijevni dio (102)
spojen s površinom zatvorenog prostora izolacijskim materijalom.
8. Sustav s monolitnim radijativnim panelom u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što kut se bira u rasponu od 0° do 90°.
9. Sustav s monolitnim radijativnim panelom u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što je kut 90°.
10. Sustav s monolitnim radijativnim panelom u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što je najmanje jedan monolitni radijativni panel (100) konfiguriran za zabravljivanje s najmanje jednim drugim sličnim monolitnim radijativni panelom (100), kako bi se omogućilo grijanje i hlađenje u zatvorenom prostoru.

Sustav s monolitnim radijativnim panelom u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što je monolitni radijativni panel (100) konfiguriran za smještavanje s razmakom od otprilike 0 mm do otprilike 300 mm od najmanje jednog drugog sličnog monolitnog radijativnog panela (100) na površini zatvorenog prostora, kako bi se omogućilo grijanje i hlađenje u zatvorenom prostoru.
12. Sustav s monolitnim radijativnim panelom u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što svaki od prvog i drugog kruga za protok fluida (402, 404) sadrži više sličnih monolitnih radijativnih panela (100), povezanih u seriju.

Sustav s monolitnim radijativnim panelom u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što je svaki monolitni radijativni panel (100, 406-n) iz jednog od dva paralelna kruga za protok fluida (402, 404) u neposrednom susjedstvu monolitnog radijativnog panela (100, 406-n) iz drugog kruga za protok fluida (402, 404).

Sustav s monolitnim radijativnim panelom kao patentnim zahtjevom u jednom od patentnih zahtjeva 1-13, naznačen time što dodatno sadrži sklop za konvekciju zraka, konfiguriran za prisilnu konvekciju zraka u zatvorenom prostoru, gdje sklop za konvekciju zraka sadrži najmanje jedan ventilator (506-1).
