Claims (13)
1. Uređaj (1) za proizvodnju energije plinofikacijom, naznačen time, da sadržava rasplinjač u uzlaznoj struji (2), koji ima glavno kućište (3) šuplje unutrašnjosti tako da oblikuje reakcijsku komoru (4) u koju se dovodi protok zapaljivog materijala (M), koji pada prema dolje, i protok prvog sredstva za oksidaciju (C1), koji struji prema gore protiv struje, kako bi se stvorio sintetski plin (G) koji izlazi iz najmanje jednog izlaza (5) postavljenog prema gore, i nosivog kućišta uglavnom u obliku kutije (6) montiranog izvan navedenog glavnog kućišta (3), i sa sklopom (7) za sagorijevanje sinteznog plina (G) pomiješanog s protokom drugog medija za oksidaciju (C2), koji su povezani preko veze s navedenim barem jednim izlazom (5), pri čemu navedeni rasplinjač (2) sadržava sklop za razdvajanje (8) umetnut između navedenog nosivog kućišta (6) i navedenog glavnog kućišta (3) tako da definira prvu komoru (9) za uvođenje prvog medija za oksidaciju (C1), povezanog s navedenom reakcijskom komorom (4), i drugu komoru (10) za uvođenje drugog medija za oksidaciju (C2), blizu navedenog barem jednog izlaza (5), pri čemu su prva i druga komora (9, 10) međusobno izolirane te su predviđeni odgovarajući prvi i drugi podesivi sklop (11, 12) za dobavu prvog i drugog sredstava za oksidaciju (C1, C2).
2. Uređaj (1) u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time, da je navedeno glavno kućište (3) opremljeno s više prolaznih rupa (13) na dnu navedene reakcijske komore (4) za prolaz navedenog prvog medija za oksidaciju (C1) iz navedene prve ulazne komore (9) u navedenu reakcijsku komoru.
3. Uređaj (1) u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1 i / ili 2, naznačen time, da navedeni sklop za odvajanje obuhvaća prstenasti odjeljak (24) koji je opremljen s mnoštvom otvora (25) za prolazak drugog medija za oksidaciju (C2) od navedene druge ulazne komore (10) na navedenom izlazu (5).

Uređaj (1) u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time, da navedeni sklop za sagorijevanje (7) sadržava komoru za izgaranje (33) koja je izravno povezana s navedenom reakcijskom komorom(4) kroz navedeni najmanje jedan izlaz (5) za izravni prolaz sinteznog plina (G) od jednog do drugog i najmanje jedan izlaz (34) za odvod plinova izgaranja.

Uređaj (1) u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 4, naznačen time, da navedeni sklop za sagorijevanje (7) obuhvaća prvo cjevasto kućište (35), koje definira unutrašnjost navedene komore za izgaranje (33) i ima prvi kraj (36) za ulazni protok sinteznog plina (G) i drugog sredstva za oksidaciju (C2), koji je povezan s navedenim izlazom (5) i drugi kraj (37), koji je postavljen nasuprot prvom i okrenut prema barem jednom odvodnom izlazu (34), i drugo cjevasto kućište (38) za zadržavanje navedenog prvog cjevastog kućišta (35) koje ima barem jedan izlaz za odvod (34), pri čemu je prvo cjevasto kućište (35) opremljeno s većim brojem utora (39), a drugo cjevasto kućište(38) ima veći promjer od prvog.
6. Uređaj (1) u skladu s jednim ili više prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da nadalje sadržava motor pogonjen fluidnim medijem (49), koji je povezan priključkom na navedeni najmanje jedan izlazni otvor za evakuaciju (34) za obradu plinova za izgaranje i za rotacijsko pokretanje pogonske osovine (50).
7. Uređaj (1) u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 6, naznačen time, da nadalje sadržava sredstvo za generiranje električne energije koja je povezana s navedenim motorom (49).
8. Uređaj (1) u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 6 ili 7, naznačen time, da je navedeni motor (49) turbina.
9. Uređaj (1) u skladu s jednim ili više prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da navedena druga naprava za opskrbu (12) obuhvaća rotacijski pogonski uređaj (52), koji pokreće navedena pogonska osovina (50) barem djelomično pretvaranjem mehaničke energije navedene osovine u potencijalnu energiju pritiska drugog oksidirajućeg medija (C2).
10. Uređaj (1) u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 9, naznačen time, da je navedeni stroj (52) kompresor.
11. Uređaj (1) u skladu s jednim ili više prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da navedeni prvi sklop napajanja (11) sadržava zaseban radni stroj (54) čiji je izlaz spojen na navedenu ulaznu komoru (9).
12. Uređaj (1) u skladu s jednim ili više prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da nadalje sadržava sredstva (29) za uklanjanje čvrstih ostataka iz dna navedene reakcijske komore (4).
13. Uređaj (1) u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 12, naznačen time, da navedeni sklop za uklanjanje (29) sadržava rotirajuću osovinu (30) koja djelomično strši u navedenu reakcijsku komoru (4) i nosive elemente (31) za razbijanje čvrstih ostataka nanesenih na dnu navedene reakcijske komore (4) i vijak (32) za uklanjanje navedenih ostataka iz navedene reakcijske komore (4).
