Claims (12)

1. Kočni sustav za vozila na tračnicama, s kočnicama koje imaju najmanje jedan kočnički umetak ili najmanje jednu kočničku blok-podlogu (5), koji obuhvaća sljedeće: - tijelo (2; 102; 202; 302; 402); - kočničku polugu (4) konstruiranu tako da djeluje na najmanje jednu kočnicu koja ima najmanje jedan kočnički umetak ili najmanje jednu kočničku blok-podlogu (5); - pogonsku kočnicu (6) koja obuhvaća kočnički klip (8; 108; 408) koji je pomičan u odnosu na tijelo, kako bi djelovala na kočničku polugu (4) i koja zajedno s tijelom ograničava tlačnu komoru pogonske kočnice (13; 113; 413) konstruiranu tako, da se opskrbljuje putem prvog pneumatskog izvora tlačnog sredstva (50, 51, 53) kako bi dovodila kočnički klip u položaj pogonskog kočenja; i - zaustavnu kočnicu (7) koja je konstruirana tako, da djeluje na kočnički klip od pogonske kočnice i koja ima radnu konfiguraciju i konfiguraciju mirovanja; pri čemu je kočni sustav za vozila na tračnicama (1) naznačen time, da: - kočnički klip je raspoređen u tijelu i ima dvije strane, naime prvu stranu (17; 117) koja je oblikovana tako, da djeluje na kočničku polugu (4) i drugu stranu (18; 118) koja je suprotna strana prvoj strani i okrenuta je prema tlačnoj komori pogonske kočnice; - pogonska kočnica dodatno obuhvaća klipnu šipku (21; 121; 221; 321; 421) položenu u tlačnoj komori pogonske kočnice i priključenu na u drugu stranu kočničkog klipa; - zaustavna kočnica je položena u tijelu i obuhvaća blokirni uređaj (20; 120; 220; 320; 420) smješten u tlačnoj komori pogonske kočnice, koja je pomična u odnosu na tijelo kako bi djelovala na klipnu šipku, te ima prvi položaj i drugi položaj, kao i aktivacijski uređaj koji je pomičan u odnosu na tijelo, koji je konstruiran tako da se električno aktivira te koji ima stabilan položaj; dok su i blokirni uređaj i aktivacijski uređaj konstruirani tako da: - kada je kočnički klip u svojem pogonskom zakočenom položaju i zaustavna kočnica je u radnoj konfiguraciji, tada aktivacijski uređaj djeluje na blokirni uređaj sve dok potonji ne imobilizira klipnu šipku, na taj način da se blokira kočnički klip u svojem pogonskom zakočenom položaju, te se tada i blokirni uređaj postavlja u svoj drugi položaj, a aktivacijski uređaj se postavlja u svoj stabilni položaj; i - kada je zaustavna kočnica u svojoj konfiguraciji mirovanja, tada aktivacijski uređaj djeluje na blokirni uređaj sve dok potonji ne oslobodi klipnu šipku, kako bi se deblokirao i kočnički klip iz svojeg pogonskog zakočenog položaja, čime se i blokirni uređaj postavlja u svoj prvi položaj; gdje je kočna sila koja se primjenjuje na kočničku polugu, kada se zaustavna kočnica nalazi u svojoj radnoj konfiguraciji, direktno povezana s kočnom silom primjenjenom na kočničku polugu putem pogonske kočnice u svojem pogonskom zakočenom položaju, neovisno o sili koja se primjenjuje putem blokirnog uređaja na klipnu šipku.
2. Sustav prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da je aktivacijski uređaj ostvaren putem električnog aktivatora.
3. Sustav prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da je blokirni uređaj (120; 220; 320; 420) smješten u šupljinu (134; 234; 334; 434) od tijela (102; 202; 302; 402).
4. Sustav prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačen time, da je blokirni uređaj oblikovan pomoću zapornog vrata (20; 120; 220; 320; 420) i aktivacijski uređaj je ostvaren putem električnog aktivatora koji je pomičan u odnosu na tijelo kao i pomoću opružnog elementa (24; 124; 180; 280; 380; 424); dok je električni aktivator konstruiran za držanje zapornog vrata u njegovom prvom položaju, kada se električni aktivator napaja električnom strujom, u čijem se prvom položaju zaporni vrat nalazi udaljeno od klipne šipke; i gdje je opružni element oblikovan za držanje zapornog vrata u njegovom drugom položaju, kada električni aktivator nije pod električnim napajanjem, u čijem drugom položaju zaporni vrat blokira klipnu šipku.
5. Sustav prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačen time, da je blokirni uređaj oblikovan pomoću zapornog vrata (20; 120; 220; 320; 420) i aktivacijski uređaj je ostvaren putem električnog aktivatora koji je pomičan u odnosu na tijelo; pri čemu je aktivator konstruiran za držanje zapornog vrata u njegovom prvom položaju, kada se električni aktivator napaja električnom strujom, u čijem prvom položaju se zaporni vrat nalazi udaljeno od klipne šipke; i gdje je aktivator dodatno oblikovan za držanje zapornog vrata u njegovom drugom položaju, kada električni aktivator nije pod električnim napajanjem, u čijem drugom položaju zaporni vrat blokira klipnu šipku.
6. Sustav prema zahtjevu 4, naznačen time, da je opružni element (180; 280; 380) smješten u šupljinu (134; 234; 334) od tijela (102; 202; 302).
7. Sustav prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 6, naznačen time, da zaustavna kočnica dodatno obuhvaća aktivacijsku srednju polugu (147; 247) priključenu kako na blokirni uređaj (120; 220), tako i na aktivacijski uređaj (123; 223), te je ona konstruirana za aktiviranje blokirnog uređaja kao odgovor na pokretanje aktivacijskog uređaja.
8. Sustav prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačen time, da blokirni uređaj (20; 120; 220) na svojem distalnom kraju, ima zubac koji ima najmanje jedan nagnuti brid (175; 275) i oblikovan je tako, da surađuje s komplementarnim rasporedom zubaca na komplementaran način, dok taj raspored zubaca ima najmanje jedan nagnuti brid (76; 176; 276; 476) od klipne šipke (21; 221) ili od srednjeg dijela (146; 446) koji se nalazi između klipne šipke (21; 221) i blokirnog uređaja (20; 120; 220).
9. Sustav prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačen time, da blokirni uređaj (320) na svojem distalnom kraju, obuhvaća zubac koji ima ravne bridove (375) i oblikovan je tako, da surađuje s komplementarnim rasporedom zubaca na komplementaran način, dok taj raspored zubaca ima ravne bridove (376) od klipne šipke (21; 221) ili od srednjeg dijela (346) koji se nalazi između klipne šipke i blokirnog uređaja (320).
10. Sustav prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 9, naznačen time, da pogonska kočnica dodatno obuhvaća kočni zupčasti kotač (146; 246; 346; 446) pričvršćen na klipnu šipku (121; 421) i oblikovan tako da se zahvaća s blokirnim uređajem (120; 220; 320; 420), kada je potonji u svojem drugom položaju, kako bi se blokirala klipna šipka.
11. Sustav prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 10, naznačen time, da zaustavna kočnica (7) dodatno obuhvaća ručni dio za otkočenje (29; 429) u svrhu otkočivanja zaustavne kočnice, kada se potonja nalazi u radnoj konfiguraciji, gdje je dio za otkočenje konstruiran tako da djeluje na blokirni uređaj (20; 420).
12. Sustav prema zahtjevu 11, naznačen time, da je dio za otkočenje konstruiran tako da se električno aktivira.
