Claims (18)
1. Sklop krutog klipa za upotrebu u ispusnom ventilu (2), te ispusni ventil (2) ima tijelo ventila (10) s ulazom fluida (12), izlazom fluida (14), vanjskom oplatom (18), i elementom ručice, te sklop krutog klipa sadrži:
kruti klip (310) koji ima središnji otvor (313) i zaobilazni otvor (312), pri čemu je kruti klip (310) konfiguriran da se postavlja unutar tijela ventila (10);
brtvu klipa (140) prilagođenu da fiksno uključuje kruti klip (310) i hermetički obuhvaća tijelo ventila (10), brtva klipa (140) ima zaobilazni otvor (142) i prstenasti obrub koji je prilagođen da se proširuje prema poklopcu (120) konfiguriranom da bude spojen na tijelo ventila (10) i tvori brtvu s poklopcem (120);
poklopac (120) koji ima šuplju osovinu (122) koja se proteže od središnjeg otvora (313) u poklopac (120), te je poklopac (120) prilagođen za spajanje na tijelo ventila (10) na suprotnom kraju od izlaza fluida (14);
priključka (240) koji ima prvi kraj i drugi kraj, te je prvi kraj priključka (240) konfiguriran da se fiksno spaja na poklopac (120);
solenoid (400) prilagođen za spajanje na drugi kraj priključka (240),
naznačen time da ima
zadržni prsten (90, 290) prilagođen da fiksno obuhvaća brtvu klipa (140), pri čemu zadržni prsten (90, 290) sadrži zaobilazni otvor (92) i mnoštvo kanala (94).
2. Sklop krutog klipa prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da nadalje sadrži zaobilazni uređaj (300) koji ima tijelo s prvim krajem, drugim krajem, te prolaz postavljen kroz tijelo, pri čemu je zaobilazni uređaj (300) prilagođen da stane unutar zaobilaznih otvora (312) krutog klipa (310), brtve klipa (140), i zadržnog prstena (90, 290), na taj se način uspostavlja fluidna komunikacija između ulaza fluida (12) i gornje komore koja je oblikovana između krutog klipa (310) i poklopca (120).
3. Sklop krutog klipa prema zahtjevu 2, naznačen time da je mnoštvo kanala (94) zadržnog prstena (90, 290) manje u promjeru nego prolaz postavljen kroz tijelo zaobilaznog uređaja (300).
4. Sklop krutog klipa prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da dodatno sadrži barem jedan od infracrvenog senzora i radio frekvencijskog čipa.
5. Sklop krutog klipa prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da dodatno sadrži element za ograničavanje protoka.

9. Sklop krutog klipa prema zahtjevu 8, naznačen time da je dvostruki brtveni zahvat oblikovan između šuplje osovine (122) poklopca (120) i adaptera.
10. Sklop krutog klipa prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da kruti klip (310) nadalje obuhvaća vodilice koje tijekom rada održavaju poravnatost krutog klipa (310) unutar ventila.
11. Sklop krutog klipa prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da kruti klip (310) dodatno sadrži protočni prsten koji mjeri količinu vode za ispiranje tijekom rada.
12. Postupak prilagođavanja sklopa krutog klipa prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1-11 u ispusnom ventilu (2), te ispusni ventil (2) ima tijelo ventila (10) s ulazom fluida (12), izlazom fluida (14), sklopom dijafragme ventila, vanjskom oplatom (18), i elementom ručice, te postupak sadrži slijedeće korake:
a) uklanjanje vanjske oplate (18), sklopa dijafragme ventila, i elementa ručice iz tijela ventila (10);
b) umetanje krutog klipa (310) u tijelo ventila (10), te kruti klip (310) sadrži zaobilazni uređaj (300) postavljen unutar zaobilaznih otvora (142, 312) smještenih u krutom klipu (310) i brtvi klipa (140),
c) postavljanje poklopca (120) na tijelo ventila (10) na kraju nasuprot izlaza za fluid (14),
d) umetanje prvog kraja priključka (240) u poklopac (120); i
e) pričvršćivanje solenoida (400) na drugi kraj priključka (240),
pri čemu je zaobilazni uređaj (300) postavljen unutar zaobilaznog otvora (312) zadržnog prstena (90, 290).
13. Postupak prema zahtjevu 12, naznačen time da dodatno sadrži spajanje elementa za ograničavanje protoka u šupljoj osovini (122).
14. Postupak prema zahtjevu 12, naznačen time da dodatno sadrži uključivanje adaptera u kruti klip (310), pri čemu je dvostruki brtveni zahvat oblikovan između šuplje osovine (122) poklopca (120) i adaptera.
15. Ispusni ventil (2) za vodovodnu instalaciju, te je ispusni ventil (2) naznačen time da sadrži:
a) ulaz fluida (12) u fluidnoj komunikaciji s izvorom fluida;
b) izlaz fluida (14) u fluidnoj komunikaciji s vodovodnom instalacijom;
c) sklop krutog klipa prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1-11, poklopac (120) je smješten na kraju nasuprot izlaza za fluid (14), i
d) klipni ventil za reguliranje strujanja fluida između ulaza fluida (12) i izlaza fluida (14), te klipni ventil sadrži:
kruti klip (310), brtvu klipa (140) i zaobilazni uređaj (300) koji ima tijelo s prvim krajem, drugim krajem, te prolaz postavljen unutar tijela, pri čemu je zaobilazni uređaj (300) smješten kroz zaobilazne otvore (312) krutog klipa (310) i brtve klipa (140), na taj se način uspostavlja fluidna komunikacija između ulaza fluida (12) i gornje komore oblikovane između krutog klipa (310) i poklopca (120); i
pri čemu je zaobilazni uređaj (300) smješten unutar zaobilaznog otvora (312) zadržnog prstena (90, 290);
e) priključak (240) ima prvi kraj i drugi kraj, te je prvi kraj priključka (240) spojen na poklopac (120); i
f) solenoid (400) je spojen na drugi kraj priključka (240).
16. Ispusni ventil (2) prema zahtjevu 15, naznačen time da dodatno sadrži element za ograničavanje protoka.
17. Ispusni ventil (2) prema zahtjevu 15, naznačen time da dodatno sadrži adapter spojen na središnji otvor (313) krutog klipa (310), pri čemu je dvostruki brtveni zahvat oblikovan između šuplje osovine (122) poklopca (120) i adaptera.
18. Ispusni ventil (2) prema zahtjevu 15, naznačen time da dodatno sadrži barem jedan od infracrvenog senzora i radio frekvencijskog čipa.
