Claims (12)

1. A post for balusters, fences and the like, comprises a tubular body (4), provided with a lower part (5) suitable to be attached to the ground, a stairwell post (3) or other similar surface, and with an upper part (6) of the aforementioned column (1) which further comprises a rotary joint (7) connected to said upper end (6), said joint (7) comprises a first member (8) which can be connected to said upper end (6), and a second member (9) which can be connected to the handrail (11) of the fence (2), the said first member (8) and the said second member (9), i.e. includes the first insert (16) which can be inserted into the cavity at the said upper end (6) of the tubular element ( 4), and a second insert (17) that can be inserted into the cavity at the free end (10) of the handle (11), characterized by the fact that said first member (8) and said second member (9) are identical and mutually interchangeable. 2. Column according to claim 1, wherein said first member (8) includes the first side slot (14) and said second member (9) includes the second side slot (15), on which the first (8) and second (9) members are that is, connected along the rotation axis (A), in the configuration of the minimum transverse dimension. 3. Column according to claim 2, wherein said first member (8) comprises the first articulation part (12) which operates in the second lateral groove (15), and the second member (9) comprises the second articulation part (13) which operates in the first lateral slot (14). 4. Column according to claim 3, wherein the first articulation part (12) and/or the second articulation part (13) have a substantially cylindrical or semi-cylindrical configuration with a symmetrical axis coinciding with the rotational axis (A). 5. Column according to one of the requirements 2-4, wherein the specified first lateral groove (14) and/or the specified second lateral groove (15) are respectively defined by the first inclined surface (22) and the second inclined surface (23) in relation to the longitudinal the axis of the tubular body (4) and/or the specified handle (11). 6. Column in accordance with the previous requirement, wherein the first inclined surface (22) and/or the second inclined surface (23) defines, with the side surface of the mentioned first member (8) and/or the second member (9), the first supporting edge (24) and/or the second supporting edge (25) or on the second articulation part (13) and/or the first articulation part (12), in order to obtain at least a stop position in the rotation of the first member (8) member relative to the second member (9). 7. Column according to one of claims 2-6, wherein the first insert (16) and/or the second insert (17) can be locked inside the cavity of the specified upper part (6) of the tubular body (4) and/or inside the cavity of the specified free end (10) of the handle (11) by means of the first screw (26) and/or the second screw (31) acting in the first cavity (27) made in the tubular body (4) and/or in the second cavity (32) made in the handle (11) ). 8. A column according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the lower part (5) of the body (4) includes means (36) for adjusting the height of the column (1) attachment to the floor, stairwell column (3) or other similar surface. 9. Column in accordance with the previous requirement, whereby the means of adjustment (36) include a support (37) fixed inside the cavity of the lower part (5) of said tubular body (4), for which one or more folding plates (38) are connected to the floor, stairwell (3) or other similar surface. 10. Column according to the previous claim, wherein the support (37) includes a head (39) which can be fixed inside the cavity of the mentioned lower part (5) of the tubular body (4) by means of the upper screws (40), introduced pins (45) attached to the head (39) of such a length that it partially penetrates from the opening of the lower part (5), and the block (46) connected to the central part of the introduced needle (45), on the lower part (47) of which the plates (38) can be connected by means of the lower screws (48) ), the plates (38) have corresponding central cavities (49) for the passage of the introduced needle (45), the lower part of the introduced needle (45) can be fixed to the floor, the stairwell (3) or another similar surface using a self-tapping screw, a nut , or other similar elements. 11. Pole according to one of the previous claims, wherein the tubular body (4) comprises one or more parts (50) for adaptively connecting the respective wires (51) of the fence, stair railing or the like. 12. The pole in accordance with the previous claim, includes one or more handles (52) rotatably supported inside the cavity of the said tubular body (4) on the said parts (50), and with respective cavities (54) for inserting the end ends of the respective wires (51).
