Claims (14)
1. Uređaj (1) za ozračivanje tkiva (G) sa svjetlosnim impulsima (L), koji sadrži kućište (2), barem jedan svjetlosni izvor (3) za emitiranje svjetlosnih impulsa (L), modulator (4) i stupanj napajanja (6) za generiranje svjetlosnih impulsa (L), te ima aktivacijski element (5), pri čemu stupanj napajanja (6) za generiranje svjetlosnih impulsa (L) ima vršnu gustoću snage (p^) od ≥ 50 mW/cm2, temeljeno na faktoru popunjenosti impulsa (ΔT/T), te pri čemu je barem jedan svjetlosni izvor (3) oblikovan s najmanje jednom diodom koja emitira svjetlost, naznačen time da je uređaj prilagođen za emitiranje svjetlosnih impulsa (L) jedinstvene vršne valne duljine (λ) od 600 nm do 660 nm, te time da modulator (4) za generiranje svjetlosnih impulsa (L) ima frekvenciju impulsa (f) od 1 do 10 Hz, kako bi se omogućilo uklanjanje uništenih stanica ili dijelova stanica putem krvi, te time da energija svjetlosnih impulsa (L) uzrokuje udvostručenje frekvencije svjetlosnih impulsa (L) u ozračenom tkivu (G).
2. Uređaj (1) prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da je modulator (4) konstruiran za generiranje svjetlosnih impulsa (L) sa faktorom popunjenosti impulsa (ΔT/T) od ≤ 0.6.
3. Uređaj (1) prema zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačen time da je barem jedan svjetlosni izvor (3) učvršćen na kućište (2) tako da barem jedan svjetlosni izvor (3) može biti postavljen izravno na površinu (O) tkiva (G) koje treba biti ozračeno.
4. Uređaj (1) prema zahtjevu 3, naznačen time da je nekoliko svjetlosnih izvora (3) postavljeno duž jedne linije.
5. Uređaj (1) prema zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačen time da su predviđeni elementi za održavanje razmaka (18) za dobivanje određene udaljenosti (d) barem jednog svjetlosnog izvora (3) od površine (O) tkiva (G) koja se treba tretirati.
6. Uređaj (1) prema zahtjevu 5, naznačen time da su elementi za održavanje razmaka (18) dizajnirani da se mogu podesiti.
7. Uređaj (1) prema zahtjevu 5 ili 6, naznačen time da je leća (17) za stapanje zraka svjetlosti postavljena ispred barem jednog svjetlosnog izvora (3) ili je u njemu integrirana.
8. Uređaj (1) prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 5 do 7, naznačen time da je nekoliko svjetlosnih izvora (3) postavljeno tako da su nagnuti jedan prema drugom u smjeru zrake.
9. Uređaj (1) prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 8, naznačen time da je predviđen senzor (14) za otkrivanje zraka svjetlosti koje se odbijaju od površine (O) tkiva koje se zrači (G) za mjerenje sposobnosti apsorpcije tkiva (G).
10. Uređaj (1) prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 9, naznačen time da su predviđeni referentni svjetlosni izvor (16) i senzor (14) za detektiranje zračenja referentne svjetlosti koja se reflektira od strane tkiva (G).
11. Uređaj (1) prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 10, naznačen time da je modulator (4) konstruiran za generiranje svjetlosnih impulsa (L) sa frekvencijom impulsa (f) od 2.5 Hz i faktorom popunjenosti impulsa (ΔT/T) od 0.5.
12. Uređaj (1) prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 11, naznačen time da su predviđeni memorija (12) za pohranjivanje različitih vrijednosti frekvencija impulsa (f), faktora popunjenosti impulsa (ΔT/T) i gustoće snage (p) i radni element (13) za odabir željenih vrijednosti iz memorije (12).
13. Uređaj (1) prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 12, naznačen time da su predviđena sredstva (26) za otkrivanje kontakta svjetlosnih izvora (3) ili elementa za održavanje razmaka (18) sa površinom (O) tkiva (G) koje treba biti ozračeno.
14. Uređaj (1) prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 13, naznačen time da su svjetlosni izvori (3) i stupanj napajanja (6) spojeni na element za hlađenje (20).
