Claims (10)

1. Postupak termofilne aerobne obrade otpadne vode koji obuhvaća sljedeće korake: - ta otpadna voda se dovodi za termofilnu aerobnu biološku obradu u fluidiziranom sloju, unutar zatvorenog reaktora (1), u kojem postoji termostatski kontrolni sustav (2) i hidraulički recirkulacijski sustav (3); - ta voda se zatim podvrgava obradi ultrafiltracijom (4); - ta obrađena otpadna voda se zatim ispušta; - čisti kisik O2 se upuhuje u taj reaktor (1); pri čemu je ta otpadna voda koncentrirane organske vrste i taj postupak također obuhvaća sljedeći korak: - za termofilnu aerobnu biološku obradu u fluidiziranom sloju koristi se vapno Ca(OH)2, pri čemu se to vapno Ca(OH)2, preko postupka karbonacije s ugljikovim dioksidom CO2 dobivenim razgradnjom organskog supstrata u biološkom aerobnom postupku, koristi za formiranje prirodnog inertnog potpornog medija koji se sastoji od mikročestica kalcijevog karbonata CaCO3, pri čemu su te mikročestice raspoređene kako bi se na njima omogućio razvoj prijanjajuće aerobne bakterijske flore, i te mikročestice pokrivene tom prijanjajućom aerobnom bakterijskom florom, koja se odvaja putem obrade ultrafiltracijom (4), se, barem djelomično, ponovno uvode u taj reaktor (1) pomoću hidrauličkog recirkulacijskog sustava (3).
2. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što se vapno Ca(OH)2 dozira izravno u koraku termofilne biološke obrade ili u prethodnom koraku kemijske i fizikalne predobrade.
3. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što nakon obrade ultrafiltracijom (4) postoji obrada nanofiltracijom (6).
4. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, što nakon koraka ultrafiltracije (4), obuhvaća aerobnu obradu pod mezofilnim uvjetima (7) i obradu gravitacijskom sedimentacijom (8).
5. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što obuhvaća postupak kemijske oksidacije (9) koja ima učinak na barem jedan hidraulički protok.
6. Postrojenje za termofilnu aerobnu obradu otpadne vode koje obuhvaća: - zatvoreni reaktor (1) s ulazom i izlazom za tu otpadnu vodu, i s termostatskom kontrolom (2), i sredstvima (3) za induciranje recirkulacijskog protoka postavljenog za fluidizaciju granularnog materijala koji se nalazi u tom reaktoru, pri čemu je taj granularni materijal postavljen da posluži kao inertni potporni medij za prijanjajuću bakterijsku floru koja provodi postupak termofilne aerobne biološke obrade u fluidiziranom sloju; - uređaj za ultrafiltraciju (4) spojen na izlaz tog reaktora; - sredstva (10,11) za upuhivanje čistog kisika O2 unutar tog reaktora, pri čemu je navedena otpadna voda koncentrirane organske vrste i taj sustav obuhvaća: - sredstva za dovod vapna Ca(OH)2 u taj reaktor, pri čemu navedeni granularni materijal obuhvaća mikročestice kalcijevog karbonata CaCO3, koji je proizveden prirodno karbonacijom vapna Ca(OH)2 s ugljikovim dioksidom CO2 dobivenim razgradnjom organskog supstrata u biološkom aerobnom postupku, i ta sredstva (3) su postavljenja za ponovno uvođenje, barem djelomično, tog granularnog materijala pokrivenog tom prijanjajućom bakterijskom florom, koja se odvaja putem uređaja za ultrafiltraciju (4), u taj reaktor (1).
7. Postrojenje prema zahtjevu 6, naznačeno time što obuhvaća kontaktni reaktor potpunog miješanja (5) u kojem se dozira vapno Ca(OH)2.
8. Postrojenje prema zahtjevu 6, naznačeno time što je uređaj za nanofiltraciju(6) spojen nakon uređaja za ultrafiltraciju (4).
9. Postrojenje prema zahtjevu 6, naznačeno time što su uređaj (7) za aerobnu obradu pod mezofilnim uvjetima i uređaj za gravitacijsku sedimentaciju (8) spojeni nakon uređaja za ultrafiltraciju (4).
10. Postrojenje prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva od 6 do 9, naznačeno time što obuhvaća uređaj za kemijsku oksidaciju (9) koja ima učinak na barem jedan hidraulički protok.
