Claims (3)

1. Industrijski proces za izravnu i potpunu temperaturom induciranu transformaciju putem razlaganja i rekristalizacije otpada koji sadrži azbest, koji uključuje sljedeće korake: - zaprimanje i privremeno skladištenje paketa otpada koji sadrži azbest, hermetički umotanih u plastični materijal, koji sadrže od 50 do 70 krovnih ploča od azbestnog cementa ili drugog otpada koji sadrži azbest, - podvrgavanje spomenutog otpada koji sadrži azbest, upakiranog u spomenute hermetički umotane pakete, jednom kontinuiranom ciklusu pečenja bez ikakve modifikacije spomenutih hermetičkih paketa prije ciklusa pečenja, pri čemu je spomenuti kontinuirani ciklus pečenja jedan višefazni ciklus pečenja koji uključuje podvrgavanje spomenutog otpada koji sadrži azbest neizotermičkom zagrijavanju u trajanju od najmanje 8 h, do maksimalne temperature od 1200-1300°C, zadržavanje spomenutog otpada koji sadrži azbest na spomenutoj maksimalnoj temperaturi najmanje 12 h i podvrgavanje spomenutog otpada koji sadrži azbest neizotermičkom hlađenju do sobne temperature u trajanju od najmanje 6 h; pri tom se spomenuti ciklus pečenja obavlja u jednoj industrijskoj kontinuiranoj tunelskoj peći koja se tehnološki može usporediti onima koje se koriste za proizvodnju opeke, a čija je dužina najmanje 50 m.
2. Proces prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da spomenuta kontinuirana tunelska peć uključuje jedan sustav post-sagorijevanja čija se radna temperatura kreće od 1100-1300 °C, za termičku obradu hlapljivih spojeva i azbestnih vlakana koja nastaju tijekom spomenutog ciklusa pečenja
3. Proces prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da se spomenuti otpad koji sadrži azbest transformira u materijal koji se sastoji od nevlaknastih kristalinskih silikata s bogatim sadržajem Ca, Mg s Fe i A) nečistoća, pri čemu se spomenuti materijal melje i reciklira za uporabu kao sirovinski materijal za formulaciju niza industrijskih proizvoda kao što su keramički pigmenti, opeke i plastični materijali.
