Abstract
Provided is a process and a series of devices for transforming kitchen wasters into feed, wherein the process includes shattering the original kitchen waste, followed by heating, to make the water content thereof decreased to 13% or below by weight, and thus forming powder like or granule like dried kitchen waste. The dried kitchen waste can be used as feed for raising or organic materials for flowers and plants. The series of devices for transforming the kitchen waste into feed indirectly heat and dry the kitchen waste with a non-straight fire type drying and cooling device. When the water content of the kitchen waste is decreased to 13% or below by weight, cooling is then carried out until the temperature of the kitchen waste decreases to the room temperature. The series of devices further comprise an ozone purification system which purifies and excludes the ozone produced during the kitchen waste treating process and decreases the pollution of the environment.
