Claims (12)
1. Izvedba turbine za pretvaranje energije sadržane u strujanju fluida, posebice kinetičke energije u električnu energiju koja sadrži:
element kućišta (9) za prihvat uređaja za pretvorbu energije i priključaka za odvod energije, najmanje jedan turbinski uređaj (14) s pokretnim tijelom turbine (1;4) nasuprot kućišta (9), na čijem je obodu predviđena barem jedna turbinska lopatica (2; 6) za prihvat struje u svrhu započinjanja rotacijskog gibanja, pri čemu je turbinski uređaj u smjeru nadolazećeg fluida (s) uglavnom konusnog oblika i pri čemu najmanje jedna turbinska lopatica (2; 6) u odnosu na glavnu osovinu sklopa turbine tvori kut od 45° do 65°, karakterizirana time da najmanje jedna turbinska lopatica (2; 6) na svojoj čeonoj strani otklonjenoj od strujanja ima kutnu vodilicu (2a, 2b; 7) namijenjenu promjeni smjera strujanja, a time poticanju rotacije tijela turbine.
2. Izvedba turbine prema zahtjevu 1, karakterizirana time da je tijelo turbine (1) uglavnom konusnog oblika te da se na njegovom obodu nalazi barem jedna spiralna turbinska lopatica (2).
3. Izvedba turbine prema zahtjevu 2, karakterizirana time da turbinski uređaj (14) sadrži privodni element (3) konusnog oblika okrenut u smjeru pritjecanja (s) na koji se u smjeru otjecanja nastavlja tijelo turbine u obliku turbinskog kotača (4), pri čemu je okretljivo tijelo kotača nasuprot privodnog elementa (3).
4. Izvedba turbine prema zahtjevu 3, karakterizirana time da privodni element (3) ima spiralne privodne dijelove (5) smještene pod kutom od dvadeset stupnjeva prema glavnoj osovini sklopa turbine (55) i raspoređenih protusmjerno od barem jedne turbinske lopatice (6).
5. Izvedba turbine prema zahtjevu 4, karakterizirana time da je broj privodnih dijelova (5) manji od broja turbinskih lopatica (6).
6. Izvedba turbine prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 5, karakterizirana time da je vodilica (2a) zakrivljena suprotno od smjera strujanja (s).
7. Izvedba turbine prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 5, karakterizirana time da se vodilica (2b) sastoji od jednog građevnog elementa koji je najmanje s jedne strane fiksno ili preko zakretnog zgloba povezan barem s jednom turbinskom lopaticom (6).
8. Izvedba turbine prema zahtjevima 3 ili 4, karakterizirana time da su dva privodna elementa (3) raspoređena protusmjerno na način da je turbinski rotor (4) smješten između njih koncentrično u odnosu na pretvorbu energije.
9. Izvedba turbine prema jednom od zahtjeva od 1 do 8, karakterizirana time da je u svrhu učvršćivanja u strujnom kanalu (8) izvedba izrađena s kružnim presjekom ili presjekom u obliku korita, pri čemu strujni kanal (8) prije sklopa turbine u promjeru (A) odgovara najvećem promjeru (D) tijela turbine (1) te se ravnomjerno širi u smjeru strujanja (s) duž turbinskog uređaja (14), a iza turbinskog uređaja (14) u smjeru strujanja odgovara dvostrukoj do trostrukoj površini protočnog presjeka tijela turbine, koja je određena vanjskim presjekom (D) i presjekom jezgre tijela turbine.
10. Izvedba turbine prema jednom od zahtjeva od 1 do 9, karakterizirana time da obuhvaća dva turbinska uređaja (11) raspoređena protusmjerno jedan prema drugome.
11. Izvedba turbine prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 10, karakterizirana time da se oba turbinska uređaja (11) mogu pokretati istovremeno, ali tako da se u svrhu pretvorbe energije može aktivirati samo turbinski uređaj s dotokom strujanja (11).
12. Izvedba turbine prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 11, karakterizirana time da element kućišta (9) sadrži azimutni pogon (10) koji preko upravljačkog mehanizma prilagođava smjeru strujanja (s) barem jedan turbinski uređaj (11) tako da je moguće postići optimalni učinak.
