Claims (12)
1. Postupak za snabdijevanje električne mreže (10) električnom energijom pri čemu je,
snabdijevanje ostvareno putem najmanje jednog vjetro-energetskog postrojenja (32) sa prvom strukturom snabdijevanja na točki snabdijevanja u električnu mrežu (10), naznačeno time da je
snabdijevanje ostvareno u zavisnosti od električnih parametara u mreži (10) i mjerenjem vrijednosti električnih parametara ili mjerenjem vrijednosti za određivanje električnih parametara detektiranih u vremenu mjerenja na unaprijed definiranim vremenskim intervalima i pri čemu su vremena mjerenja sinkronizirana prema nekom vanjskom vremenskom signalu koji je smješten van strukture prve točke snabdijevanja.
2. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 1 pri čemu je najmanje jedno vjetro-energetsko postrojenje (32) u formi vjetro parka (WP1, WP2) sa brojnim vjetroenergetskim postrojenjima (32).
3. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 1 ili patentnom zahtjevu 2 pri čemu se vrijednosti mjerenja bilježe kao prosječne vrijednosti preko unaprijed definiranih vremenskih perioda, naime uprosječeno.
4. Postupak prema jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva naznačen time da se množinom struktura za snabdijevanje i svakom strukturom za snabdijevanje, rukovodi radom na snabdijevanju mreže, na respektivnoj dodijeljenoj točki snabdijevanja, pri čemu svaka od spomenutih struktura za snabdijevanje koristi isti vremenski signal za sinkronizaciju respektivnog mjerenja vremena, tako da su vremena mjerenja od svih spomenutih sklopova snabdijevanja sinkronizirana tako da svi sklopovi snabdijevanja detektiraju vrijednosti mjerenja u respektivno identičnim trenucima u vremenu.
5. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 4 naznačen time da strukture za snabdijevanje respektivno koriste identičnu sinkronizaciju, neki identičan period mjerenja i/ili neki identičan postupak mjerenja.
6. Postupak prema jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva naznačen time da se kao eksterni vremenski signal koristi signal od satelitski podržavanog sistema pozicionirana, kao što je primjera radi "GPS".
7. Postupak prema jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva naznačen time da najmanje jedna struktura za snabdijevanje ima odgovarajući sat, konkretno visoko precizan sat, vremena mjerenja su izračunata putem sata i sat je redovno sinkroniziran putem eksternog vremenskog signala a da se postigne vremenska jednakost vremena mjerenja struktura snabdijevanja.
8. Postupak prema jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva naznačen time da se napon mreže detektira kao električni parametri.
9. Postupak prema jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva naznačen time da su mjere za podržavanje mreže (10) implementirane u zavisnosti od detektiranih električnih parametara, naročito da su aktivna snaga i/ili reaktivna snaga uvedene u mrežu u zavisnosti od detektiranog napona mreže.
10. Vjetro-energetsko postrojenje (32) koje sadrži aerodinamički rotor za proizvodnju rotorskog kretanja, od vjetra, električni generator za generiranje električne energije iz kretanja rotora i sredstava za snabdijevanje, u konkretnom izmjenjivača, za snabdijevanje električne mreže (10) električnom energijom ili dijelom od iste, pri čemu je vjetro park (WP1, WP2) kontroliran postupkom prema jednom od zahtjeva od 1 do 9.
11. Vjetro park (WP1, WP2) sa množinom vjetro energetskih postrojenja (32), konkretno prema patentnom zahtjevu 10, pri čemu je vjetro park (WP1, WP2) kontroliran postupkom prema jednom od patentnih zahtjeva od 1 do 9.
12. Struktura vjetro parka koji ima množinu vjetro parkova (WP1, WP2) prema patentnom zahtjevu 11.
