Claims (17)

1. Troposferski eolski generator (1) sadrži uže (3), navedeno uže (3) se po duljini sastoji od: - najmanje jednog prvog sektora (4) koji je prilagođen da se odupire ponavljajućim ciklusima savijanja, koji ima: koeficijent sigurnost S1, odnosno omjer između granične čvrstoće na vlak užeta (3) i maksimalnog opterećenja užeta (3) u uvjetima rada, koji se nalazi između 3 i 15; promjer D (b1) koji se nalazi između 6 mm i 72 mm; i aerodinamični koeficijent otpora CD1; naznačen time da se navedeno uže (3) nadalje sastoji, po duljini, od: - barem jednog drugog sektora (5) koji je prilagođen da se odupire ponavljajućim ciklusima savijanja pod opterećenjem, koji ima koeficijent sigurnosti S2 < S1 i promjer D (b2) < D (b1); i - barem jedan treći sektor (6), gdje je navedeni treći sektor (6) opremljen s profiliranim dijelom (9) koji ima poprečni presjek s takvim aerodinamičnim koeficijentom otpora CD3tako da je CD3 < CD1.
2. Troposferski eolski generator (1) prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da navedeni aerodinamični koeficijent otpora CD3 je sadržan između 1.2 i 0.05, poželjno između 0.6 i 0.05.
3. Troposferski eolski generator (1) prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da su navedeni sektori (4; 5; 6) spojeni na način da čine kontinuiranu i progresivnu varijaciju, gdje navedeni sektori (4; 5; 6) završavaju na vlastitim krajevima i međusobno su spojeni sa jednim ili više spojnih elemenata izrađenih od metalnog ili kompozitnog materijala.
4. Troposferski eolski generator (1) prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da je navedeno uže (3) spojeno na zmaj (2) pomoću najmanje jednog para remena (7) koji je odgovarajuće izrađen od materijala različitih modula elastičnosti.
5. Troposferski eolski generator (1) prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da je navedeni treći sektor (6) opremljen sa stabilizirajućim krajnjim površinama (10), pri čemu su poželjno navedene krajnje površine (10) stegnute na navedeni treći sektor (6) pomoću najmanje jednog zgloba (12) i jedne zakovice (13) koji su prilagođeni da omogućavaju rotaciju navedene krajnje površine (10) oko osi koja je ortogonalna na os navedenog užeta (3).
6. Troposferski eolski generator (1) prema zahtjevu 5, naznačen time da je navedeni zglob (12) stegnut na navedeni profilirani dio (9) pomoću najmanje jedne trake (11), ili je navedeni zglob (12) opremljen s najmanje jednom oprugom prilagođenom da održava položaj krajnjih površina (10).
7. Troposferski eolski generator (1) prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da su navedeni prvi sektor (4) i navedeni drugi sektor (5) izrađeni od mješavine sintetičkih vlakana s visokim modulom elastičnosti, posebno od HMPE vlakana.
8. Troposferski eolski generator (1) prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da je navedeni drugi sektor (5) prekriven oblogom ili prevlakom od izrađenom od plastičnog materijala i opremljen s distribucijom udubljenja i grebena koji su prilagođeni da anticipiraju turbulentni prijelaz graničnog sloja i da smanje aerodinamični koeficijent otpora.
9. Troposferski eolski generator (1) prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da je navedeni drugi sektor (5) prekriven oblogom koja je na svojoj površini opremljena s najmanje jednim helikoidnim profilom, ili je prekriven zaštitnim opletom koji je opremljen vlaknima koja su slobodno orijentirana u smjeru strujanja.
10. Troposferski eolski generator (1) prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da je navedeni drugi sektor (5) obavijen trakama od tkanine ili plastičnog materijala koje su bez usmjeravanja duž linije strujanja.
11. Troposferski eolski generator (1) prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da je navedeni drugi sektor (5) prekriven s aerodinamično profiliranim omotačem koji je izrađen od plastičnog materijala.
12. Troposferski eolski generator (1) prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da navedeni drugi sektor (5) ima uzdužni oblik poprečnog presjeka koji ima omjer između duže osi i kraće osi u području između 1.5 i 5.
13. Troposferski eolski generator (1) sadrži brojnu užad (8) koja je prema zahtjevu 1 sastavljena od međusobno paralelno smještene množine užadi (3).
14. Troposferski eolski generator (1) prema zahtjevu 13, naznačen time da su udubljenja različitog promjera između navedenih užadi (3) popunjena s materijalom male gustoće kako bi se izradio dioni profil krila u kojem jedno od navedenih užadi (3) s većim promjerom zauzima područje s maksimalnom debljinom navedenog profila krila.
15. Troposferski eolski generator (1) prema zahtjevu 14, naznačen time da je navedena brojna užad (8) prekrivena zaštitnim opletom, ili fleksibilnim omotačem izrađenim od plastičnog materijala.
16. Troposferski eolski generator (1) prema zahtjevu 1 ili 13, naznačen time da je navedeno uže (3) tkano kako bi se dobio aerodinamični presjek, ili je tkano i ugrađeno u plastični ili elastomerni materijal i deformirano kako bi se postigao aerodinamični presjek.
17. Troposferski eolski generator (1) prema zahtjevu 15, naznačen time da navedeni zaštitni oplet izrađen od tkanine ili navedeni omotač izrađen od plastičnog materijala je isprekidan u pravilnim intervalima, pri čemu navedeno uže (3) ili navedena užad (8) se mogu slobodno savijati.
