Claims (14)
1. Postupak slanja okidnog signala unutar skupine mlaznica u uređaju za izbacivanje fluida, koji se sastoji u:
primitku (98) podataka o grijanju i podataka o okidanju;
primitka (100) okidnog signala, koji sadrži okidni impuls, kojem prethodi impuls za grijanje;
uvjetnog modificiranja (102) okidnog signala ovisno o stanju podataka o grijanju i stanju podataka o okidanju;
slanja (104) uvjetno modificiranog okidnog signala u pojedini mlaznični krug (34) u skupini mlaznica i puštanja struje koja predstavlja uvjetno modificirani okidni signal kroz okidni element (26) mlazničnog kruga (34),
naznačen time što se uvjetno modificiranje okidnog signala sastoji u bilo nemodificiranju okidnog signala, blokiranju okidnog impulsa i neblokiranju impulsa za grijanje ili blokiranju okidnog impulsa i impulsa za grijanje.
2. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što se uvjetno modificiranje (102) sastoji u blokiranju okidnog impulsa ako su podaci o grijanju u aktivnom stanju, a podaci o okidanju su u neaktivnom stanju, blokiranju okidnog impulsa i impulsa za grijanje ako su podaci o grijanju u neaktivnom stanju, a podaci o okidanju su u neaktivnom stanju, te u nemodificiranju okidnog signala ako su podaci o okidanju u aktivnom stanju.
3. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što se dodatno sastoji u primitku adresnih podataka, te što se slanje sastoji u slanju uvjetno modificiranog okidnog signala u odabrani između više mlazničnih krugova (334) u skupini mlaznica, gdje odabrani mlaznični krug (34) identificiraju adresni podaci.
4. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što svaki mlaznični krug sadrži prekidni element i okidni element, gdje je okidni element (26) konfiguriran da zagrije fluid u komori za isparavanje (30) koja se nalazi uz mlaznicu (22), te što se slanje sastoji u slanju uvjetno modificiranog okidnog signala, koji sadrži okidni impuls, kojem prethodi impuls za grijanje, u prekidni element (36) pojedinog mlazničnog kruga (34), čime se uzrokuje da struja za grijanje prolazi kroz okidni element (26) kako bi se zagrijalo, no ne i isparilo, fluid u komori za isparavanje (30), a zatim uzrokovalo da struja za okidanje prolazi kroz okidni element (26) kako bi se isparilo fluid koji izbacuje kap kroz susjednu mlaznicu (22).
5. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što svaki mlaznični krug sadrži prekidni element i okidni element, gdje okidni element (26) je konfiguriran da zagrije fluid u komori za isparavanje (30) koja se nalazi uz mlaznicu (22), te što se slanje sastoji u slanju uvjetno modificiranog okidnog signala koji sadrži samo impuls za grijanje u prekidni element (36) pojedinog mlazničnog kruga (34), čime se uzrokuje da struja za grijanje prolazi kroz okidni element (26) kako bi se zagrijalo, no ne i isparilo, fluid u komori za isparavanje (30).
6. Postupak usmjeravanja slanja okidnih signali unutar više skupina mlaznica u uređaju za izbacivanje fluida, koji se sastoji u:
određivanju (106) statusa okidanja za svaku od skupina mlaznica;
za svaku skupinu mlaznica, slanje (110) podataka o grijanju i podataka o okidanju u tu skupinu mlaznica, gdje svaki od podataka o grijanju i podatak o okidanju ima stanje odabrano ovisno o statusu okidanja određenom za tu skupinu mlaznica; i
za svaku skupinu mlaznica, slanje (112) okidnog signala, koji sadrži impuls za grijanje i okidni impuls, u tu skupinu mlaznica, radi uvjetnog modificiranja ovisno o podacima o grijanju i podacima o okidanju poslanim u tu skupinu mlaznica,
gdje se struju koja predstavlja uvjetno modificirani okidni signal pušta kroz okidni element (26) pojedinog mlazničnog kruga (34),
naznačen time što se uvjetno modificiranje okidnog signala sastoji u bilo nemodificiranju okidnog signala, blokiranju okidnog impulsa i neblokiranju impulsa za grijanje ili blokiranju okidnog impulsa i impulsa za grijanje.
7. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 6, naznačen time što, za danu skupinu mlaznica:
određivanje statusa okidanja se sastoji u određivanju statusa okidanja koji ukazuje na status samo zagrijavanja;
slanje podataka o grijanju i podataka o okidanju se sastoji u slanju podataka o grijanju s aktivnim statusom i slanje podataka o okidanju s neaktivnim statusom, koji ukazuju da okidni signal poslan u tu skupinu mlaznica treba uvjetno modificirati blokiranjem okidnog impulsa.
8. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 6, naznačen time što, za danu skupinu mlaznica:
određivanje statusa okidanja se sastoji u određivanju statusa okidanja kao isključeni status;
slanje podataka o grijanju i podataka o okidanju se sastoji u slanju podataka o grijanju s neaktivnim statusom i slanje podataka o okidanju s neaktivnim statusom, koji ukazuju da okidni signal poslan u tu skupinu mlaznica treba uvjetno modificirati blokiranjem okidnog impulsa i impulsa za grijanje.
9. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 6, naznačen time što, za danu skupinu mlaznica: određivanje statusa okidanja se sastoji u određivanju statusa okidanja kao status okidanja; slanje podataka o okidanju se sastoji u slanju podataka o okidanju s aktivnim statusom, koji ukazuju da okidni signal poslan u tu skupinu mlaznica treba uvjetno modificirati nemodificiranjem okidnog signala.
10. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 6, naznačen time što se dodatno sastoji u, za svaku skupinu mlaznica, slanju adresnih podataka u tu skupinu mlaznica, gdje adresni podaci određuju jedan od više mlazničnih krugova unutar skupine mlaznica u koji treba poslati uvjetno modificirani okidni signal.
11. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 6, naznačen time što se isti okidni signal, podatke o grijanju i adresne podatke šalje u više skupina mlaznica, gdje se jedinstveni okidni signal šalje u svaku od više skupina mlaznica.
12. Skupina mlaznica za uređaj za izbacivanje fluida, koji se sastoji od više mlazničnih krugova (34) i regulatora okidanja (56) u elektronskoj komunikaciji s više mlazničnih krugova (34), te gdje:
regulator okidanja (56) sadrži ulaz za podatke o okidanju (64), za primitak podataka o okidanju, ulaz za podatke o grijanju (62), za primitak podataka o grijanju, te ulaz za okidni signal (58), za primitak okidnog signala koji sadrži okidni impuls, kojem prethodi impuls za grijanje;
regulator okidanja (56) tako radi da uvjetno modificira okidni signal ovisno o stanju podataka o grijanju primljeni kroz ulaz za podatke o grijanju (62) i stanju podataka o okidanju primljenih kroz ulaz za podatke o okidanju (64);
regulator okidanja tako radi da šalje uvjetno modificirani okidni signal u jedan od više mlazničnih krugova (34), kako bi se pustilo struju koja predstavlja uvjetno modificirani okidni signal kroz okidni element (26) pojedinog mlazničnog kruga (34),
naznačen time što se uvjetno modificiranje okidnog signala sastoji u bilo nemodificiranju okidnog signala, blokiranju okidnog impulsa i neblokiranju impulsa za grijanje ili blokiranju okidnog impulsa i impulsa za grijanje.
13. Skupina mlaznica u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 12, naznačena time što regulator okidanja (56) sadrži adresni ulaz (60), za primitak adresnih podataka koji određuju pojedini od više mlazničnih krugova (34), te što regulator okidanja (56) tako radi da šalje uvjetno modificirani okidni signal u pojedini mlaznični krug (34) određen adresnim podacima primljenim kroz adresni ulaz.
14. Skupina mlaznica u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 12, naznačena time što svaki mlaznični krug sadrži prekidni element, gdje je okidni element tako konfiguriran da zagrije fluid u komori za isparavanje (30) koja se nalazi uz mlaznicu (22), gdje su prekidni i okidni element (36, 26) tako konfigurirani da:
kada se uvjetno modificirani signal, koji sadrži okidni impuls, kojem prethodi impuls za grijanje pošalje u mlaznični krug (34), te pošalje u prekidni element (36), dopušta se prolaz struje za grijanje kroz okidni element (26), što uzrokuje da okidni element (26) zagrije, no ne i ispari, fluid u komori za isparavanje (30), a zatim se dopusti prolaz struje za okidanje kroz okidni element (26), što uzrokuje da okidni element (26) ispari fluid koji izbacuje kap kroz susjednu mlaznicu (22); i
kada se uvjetno modificirani signal koji sadrži samo impuls za grijanje pošalje u mlaznični krug (34), te pošalje u prekidni element (36), dopusti se prolaz struje za grijanje kroz okidni element (26), što uzrokuje da okidni element (26) zagrije, no ne i ispari, fluid u komori za isparavanje (30).
