Claims (4)
1. Metoda za upravljanje prvom mobilnom radijskom mrežom (PLMN A) koja može biti identificirana putem identifikatora i, barem u graničnom području na državnoj granici za susjednu drugu mobilnu radijsku mrežu (PLMN B) u susjednoj državi, odašilje identifikator ove druge mobilne radijske mreže (PLMN B), koja je označena kao ekvivalentna, mobilnom radijskom terminalu (UE 1) s kojim postoji radijska veza putem bazne postaje (NodeB 1) prve mobilne radijske mreže (PLMN A), pri čemu postoji fizičko preklapanje u radijskim dometima dvije mobilne radijske mreže (PLMN A, PLMN B) na državnoj granici i mobilne radijske mreže (PLMN A, PLMN B) koriste istu frekvenciju, pri čemu mobilni radijski terminal (UE 1) mjeri snagu radijskih signala baznih postaja (NodeB 1, NodeB 2) u mobilnim radijskim mrežama (PLMN A, PLMN B) koji se radijski terminal (UE 1) može trenutno primiti na trenutnoj lokaciji mobilnog radijskog terminala (UE 1), i radio veza se prenosi na drugu susjednu mobilnu radijsku mrežu (PLMN B) kad izmjerena snaga radijskog signala bazne postaje (NodeB 2) u drugoj mobilnoj radijskoj mreži (PLMN B) premaši odredivu referentnu vrijednost ili je veća nego izmjerena snaga radijskog signala bazne postaje (NodeB 1) u prvoj mobilnoj radijskoj mreži (PLMN A), pri čemu druga mobilna radijska mreža (PLMN B) vrši provjeru kako bi odredila da li postoji autorizacija za mobilni radijski terminal (UE 1) u drugoj mobilnoj radijskoj mreži (PLMN B), pri čemu postojeća autorizacija upotrebe potiče prihvaćanje i održavanje radijske veze od strane druge mobilne radijske mreže (PLMN B) i prihvaćanje radijske veze se odbija od strane druge mobilne radijske mreže (PLMN B) ako ne postoji autorizacija upotrebe, i pri čemu ako je prihvaćanje odbijeno tada druga mobilna radijska mreža (PLMN B) generira odgovarajuću poruku i odašilje je mobilnom radijskom terminalu (UE 1), a primitak ove poruke potiče inicijaciju traženja mreže na mobilnom radijskom terminalu (UE 1).
2. Metoda temeljem zahtjeva 1, naznačena time što se izmjerene jačine radijskih signala od strane mobilnog radijskog terminala (UE 1) i pridruženih identifikatora odnosnih mobilnih radijskih mreža (PLMN A, PLMN B) odašilju prvoj mobilnoj radijskoj mreži na evaluaciju.
3. Metoda temeljem zahtjeva 2, naznačena time što je prva mobilna radijska mreža (PLMN A) sačinjena od mnoštva stanica, pri čemu je odnosni naročiti broj stanica kontroliran nadređenom kontrolnom jedinicom, i evaluaciju jačine radijskog signala odaslanog od strane mobilnog radijskog terminala (UE 1) i pridruženih mrežnih identifikatora obavlja kontrolna jedinica.
4. Proizvod sa računalnim programom koji se sastoji od računalnog programa koji radi na računalnoj jedinici i koji obavlja metodu temeljem jednog od prethodnih zahtjeva kada radi na računalnoj jedinici, naročito na računalnoj jedinici u kontrolnoj jedinici u mobilnoj radijskoj mreži (PLMN B).
