Claims (7)
1. Postupak za upravljanje postrojenjem za fermentaciju, naznačen time, da uključuje najmanje jedan fermentator (1) koji je ispunjen supstratom (1a), pri čemu je supstrat (1a) natopljen perkolatom (2a) iz spremnika za perkolat (2), a bioplin koji nastaje procesom perkolacije u fermentatoru (1) i/ili u spremniku za perkolat (2) se odvaja, pri čemu se odvojeni bioplin prerađuje u postrojenju za preradu bioplina (3), a otpadni plin koji sadrži CO2 i nastaje tijekom prerade uvodi se putem cijevi za ispiranje (4) u fermentator kako bi se ispraznio bioplin koji nastaje u fermentatoru (1), pri čemu se u fermentator uvodi plin za ispiranje koji sadrži CO2 (1) na način da se propušta kroz supstrat (1a).
2. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time, da se plin za ispiranje koji sadrži CO2 propušta kroz supstrat na način da se plin koji se nalazi u supstratu (1a) komprimira u prostiru fermentatora koji ne sadrži supstrat (1).
3. Postupak u skladu s jednim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da se plin za ispiranje koji sadrži CO2 propušta kroz dno fermentatora (1).
4. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 3, naznačen time, da se plin za ispiranje koji sadrži CO2 distribuira oko dna fermentatora (1) na način da se plin za ispiranje koji sadrži CO2 rasprostire uglavnom ravnomjerno s dna supstrata (1a).
5. Postupak u skladu s jednim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da se nakon ispiranja plinom za ispiranje koji sadrži CO2 u fermentator uvodi svježi zrak (1) putem cijevi za ispiranje (4).
6. Postupak u skladu s jednim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da se tijekom uvođenja plina za ispiranje koji sadrži CO2 odvajanje bioplina obavlja putem cijevi za pražnjenje (12, 23).
7. Postupak u skladu s jednim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da se na kraju postupka ispiranja plinom za ispiranje koji sadrži CO2 prekida odvajanje bioplina te se otvara cijev za otpadni zrak (11).
