Abstract
Ploča za toplinsku izolaciju, posebno za izolaciju fasada, krovova, zidova i stropova zgrada, u dva dijela (1, 2), naznačena time što jedan njezin dio daje glavni učinak izolacije dok drugi dio ima dodatnu zaštitnu funkciju, taj dio ploče koji daje glavni učinak izolacije jest unutarnji dio (1) ploče za toplinsku izolaciju (6) okrenut prema površini koju je potrebno izolirati, dok je drugi dio sa dodatnom zaštitnom funkcijom zapravo vanjski dio ploče za toplinsku izolaciju (6) okrenut prema van, unutarnji dio ploče za toplinsku izolaciju jest izolacijska ploča (1) napravljena od sivog ekspandiranog polistirena s dodatkom atermalnih tvari, posebno tvarima koje apsorbiraju infracrveno zračenje ili tvarima koje su reflektori, a vanjski dio ploče za toplinsku izolaciju jest tanja izolacijska ploča (2) napravljena od bijelog ekspandiranog polistirena koji u biti ne sadrži atermalne tvari tj. udio takvih tvari je do 0.5 % njegove težine te ima niži kapacitet izolacije od sive unutarnje izolacijske ploče (1). Patent sadrži još 7 patentnih zahtjeva.
Claims (8)
1. Ploča za toplinsku izolaciju, posebno za izolaciju fasada, krovova, zidova i stropova zgrada, u dva dijela (1, 2), naznačena time što jedan njezin dio daje glavni učinak izolacije dok drugi dio ima dodatnu zaštitnu funkciju, taj dio ploče koji daje glavni učinak izolacije jest unutarnji dio (1) ploče za toplinsku izolaciju (6) okrenut prema površini koju je potrebno izolirati, dok je drugi dio sa dodatnom zaštitnom funkcijom zapravo vanjski dio ploče za toplinsku izolaciju (6) okrenut prema van, unutarnji dio ploče za toplinsku izolaciju jest izolacijska ploča (1) napravljena od sivog ekspandiranog polistirena s dodatkom atermalnih tvari, posebno tvarima koje apsorbiraju infracrveno zračenje ili tvarima koje su reflektori, a vanjski dio ploče za toplinsku izolaciju jest tanja izolacijska ploča (2) napravljena od bijelog ekspandiranog polistirena koji u biti ne sadrži atermalne tvari tj. udio takvih tvari je do 0.5 % njegove težine te ima niži kapacitet izolacije od sive unutarnje izolacijske ploče (1).
2. Ploča za toplinsku izolaciju prema zahtjevu 1, naznačena time što se atermalni materijal unutarnje izolacijske ploče (1) izabire iz skupine koja obuhvaća grafitni, ugljik crni, metalni prah npr. aluminijev prah, metalne okside npr. željezov (Ili) oksid ili aluminijev oksid, nemetalne okside npr. silicijev dioksid te njihove kombinacije.
3. Ploča za toplinsku izolaciju prema zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačena time što su unutarnja izolacijska ploča, kao dio ploče za toplinsku izolaciju (6), i vanjska izolacijska ploča (1, 2) međusobno povezane toplinski.
4. Ploča za toplinsku izolaciju prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačena time što siva unutarnja izolacijska ploča (1) pripada skupini toplinske provodljivosti između 025 i 035.
5. Ploča za toplinsku izolaciju prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačena time što bijela vanjska izolacijska ploča (2) pripada skupini toplinske provodljivosti između 030 i 050, posebno skupini toplinske provodljivosti 040.
6. Ploča za toplinsku izolaciju prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 5, naznačena time što siva unutarnja izolacijska ploča (1) ima debljinu veću od 20 mm, posebno ima širinu između 50 mm i 200 mm.
7. Ploča za toplinsku izolaciju prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 6, naznačena time što bijela vanjska izolacijska ploča (2) ima debljinu od 1 mm do 20 mm, posebno ima širinu od 5 mm.
