Abstract
š titnik od padalina prema slikama 1, 2, 3, 4 i 5 omogućava odvod tekućine koja upada u otvore za zrak između dva savijena izdanka (1a) usisne rešetke (1) i pod vrlo nepovoljnim kutem mlaza (m), kao na primjeru sa slike 11. Slika 1 prikazuje pogled na štitnik iz smjera koji je okomit na ravninu otvora (5). Lijeva polovina slike 1 prikazuje izgled toga pogleda kad je montirana usisna rešetka (1), a desna polovina kad nije montirana usisna rešetka (1). Slika 2 predstavlja pogled C sa slike 1, to jest na gornji uzdužni lim (2c) okvira (2). Uzdužni lim (2c) nema otvore tamo gdje se u okviru (2) nalaze poprečni kanali (2b), pa su ti kanali nacrtani crtkanim linijama, jer se ne vide. Slika 3 predstavlja pogled B sa slike 1, to jest na donji uzdužni lim (2d) okvira (2). Uzdužni lim (2d) ima otvore (2d1) tamo gdje se u okviru (2) nalaze poprečni kanali (2b), pa su ti kanali i otvori (2d1) na limu (2d) nacrtani punim linijama, jer se vide. Slika 4 predstavlja presjek A-A sa slike 2, to jest na dijelu štitnika između dva susjedna poprečna kanala (2b) okvira (2). š titnik se sastoji od jedne usisne rešetke (1) i jednog podsklopa, naziva okvir (2). Usisna rešetka (1) je lim u kojem okvirni dio, kao prirubnica (1c) i više držača (1b) savijenih izdanaka (1a) ostaju u ravnini lima, a između svaka dva susjedna držača (1b) se laserski isječe lim, tako da omogući savijanje izdanaka (1a). Razmaci između savijenih izdanaka (1a) služe za usis zraka, ali kroz njih upadaju i padaline u obliku mlaza (m), čije su karakteristične strujnice (s1, s2, s3, s4 i s5) za projektno zadani kut upada (α) u odnosu na horizontalnu ravninu (h). Ako navedene strujnice zaustavi nekoliko redova kutni ka (2a), gravitacijske i inercijske sile, zbog vožnje u smjeru (SV1 ili SV2), omogućuju istjecanje tekućine kroz uzdužne kanale (3a i 3) između krakova kutnika (2a) te izljev kroz otvore (2a1) u poprečni kanal (2b), a onda kroz otvore (2d1) na uzdužnom limu (2d).The precipitation shield according to Figures 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 allows the drainage of fluid entering the air openings between two bent projections (1a) of the intake grille (1) and at a very unfavorable jet angle (m), as in the example with Figure 11. Figure 4 is a cross-section A-A of Figure 2, that is, on a portion of the shield between two adjacent transverse channels (2b) of the frame (2). The shield consists of one suction grille (1) and one subassembly, called the frame (2). The suction grille (1) is a sheet in which the frame part, such as a flange (1c) and more holders (1b) of the bent projections (1a) remain in the plane of the sheet, and laser cut between the two adjacent holders (1b) so as to enable bending of shoots (1a). The gaps between the bent projections (1a) serve to suck in air, but also jet (m) rainfall, which have characteristic currents (s1, s2, s3, s4 and s5) for the projected intake angle (α) in relation to to the horizontal plane (h). If the currents stop several rows of angles (2a), gravitational and inertial forces, due to travel in the direction (SV1 or SV2), allow fluid to flow through the longitudinal channels (3a and 3) between the arms of the angle (2a) and the outlet through the openings (2a1) ) into the transverse channel (2b) and then through openings (2d1) on the longitudinal sheet (2d).
