Abstract
Hidraulični uređaj za razmotavanje i namatanje plastičnih cijevi, elektro i telekomunikacijskih kabela koji uključuje spojku sa strojem-nosačem (1), na koju je pričvršćena glava uređaja (2), čija osnovna funkcija je da tlak hidrauličnog ulja, kojime se putem hidrauličnih cijevi (12) i (13) , i u stanju mirovanja i u stanju rotacije uređaja djeluje na hidraulični prihvatni mehanizam (6a), koji svojim primarnim hvatačem (7) i sekundarnim hvatačem (8) prihvaća bunt cijevi, ili na hidraulični cilindar (39) koji preko pesnice (42) i klina (41) djeluje na dodatnu ploču (40) i time vrši učvršćivanje drvenih koluta (43) sa kabelima (44),kako bi u procesu rada, uređaj zajedno sa pričvršćenim buntom cijevi ili drvenim kolutom (43) bilo moguće, snagom hidraulike bagera, putem spojke (1), postaviti u više različitih položaja ovisno o stanju na trasi. Da bi se proces razmotavanja poslije opisanog prihvata i učvršćivanja cijevi mogao obaviti, uključene se i brze spojnice, promjera sukladnog profilu cijevi ili kabela i to početna brza spojnica (27), koja početak prve cijevi ili kabela postavlja na početak trase infrastrukturnog objekta, te fiksirana za tlo stvara potreban otpor uređaju za početak razmotavanja, zatim srednja brza spojnica (28), koja završni kraj razmotavane cijevi ili kabela fiksira za jedan od četiri kraka uređaja te time sprečava rotaciju bunta cijevi ili drvenog koluta (43) u suprotnom pravcu uvjetovane krutošću plastike od koje je cijev sačinjena i završna brza spojnica (29), koja služi da kraj razmotane cijevi ili kabela i početak nove cijevi ili kabela zadrži u najpovoljnijem položaju za trajno spajanje više razmotanih cijevi u jedinstveni cjevovod, trajnim spojnicama, pri čemu se brze spojnice (28) i (29) koriste u daljem procesu razmotavanja, dok se početna brza spojnica (27), koristi samo za početak cjevovoda. In order to be able to perform the unwinding process after the described acceptance and fixing of the pipe, quick connectors with a diameter corresponding to the profile of the pipe or cable are included, namely the initial quick connector (27), which places the beginning of the first pipe or cable at the beginning of the route of the infrastructure object, and fixed for the ground, it creates the necessary resistance for the device to start unwinding, then the middle quick connector (28), which fixes the end of the unrolled pipe or cable to one of the four arms of the device and thus prevents the rotation of the pipe or wooden reel (43) in the opposite direction due to the stiffness of the plastic of which the pipe is made and the final quick coupling (29), which serves to keep the end of the unrolled pipe or cable and the beginning of the new pipe or cable in the most favorable position for permanently connecting several unrolled pipes into a single pipeline, with permanent couplings, whereby quick couplings ( 28) and (29) are used in the further unwinding process, while the initial quick coupling (27) is used only for the beginning of the pipeline.
