Abstract
Postupak dobivanja ekstrakta oleuropeina pomoću ultrazvučne ekstrakcije iz listova masline odvija se tako da se listovi masline prvo usitnjavaju mljevenjem i zatim suše do 2,0 - 10,0 % težinskih udjela vlage a zatim podvrgavaju maceraciji otapalom. Nakon završene prve faze ekstrakcije oleuropeina pomoću ultrazvuka ekstrakt se centrifugira, preša, odvaja i dispergira u otapalu. Dispergirani ekstrakt iz prve faze ekstrakcije podvrgava se drugoj fazi ekstrakcije oleuropeina pomoću ultrazvuka. Ekstrakti iz prve i druge faze ekstrakcije koriste se pojedinačno ili pomiješano za proizvodnju tekućih,polukrutih ili krutih parfimerijskih, kozmetičkihi farmaceutskih pripravaka. Upotrebom ultrazvuka znatno se skraćuje vrijeme ekstrakcije, smanjuje utrošak energije potreban za ekstrakciju a povećavaiskorištenje sirovine. Ispravnim odabirom parametara ultrazvučne ekstrakcije izbjegnuto je stvaranje razgradnih produkata termolabilnih supstanci.The process of obtaining oleuropein extract by ultrasonic extraction from olive leaves is carried out so that the olive leaves are first ground by grinding and then dried to 2.0 - 10.0% by weight of moisture and then subjected to solvent maceration. Using ultrasound significantly reduces the extraction time, reduces the energy consumption required for extraction, and increases the utilization of the feedstock. The correct choice of ultrasonic extraction parameters avoided the formation of degradation products of thermolabile substances.
