Abstract

Procesni model (15) za potrebe određivanja skrivenih željenih svojstava proizvodnog procesa -nepoznate procesne veličine, nepoznate kvalitete procesa, nepoznatog trenutka pojave u procesu, naznačen time što sadržava najmanje postupak uzimanja relevantnih mjernih podataka procesnih varijabli (1), pretvorbi tih podataka u kvalitativni oblik po sistemu izravnog ili inverznog rangiranja (4),(5) izborvarijabli procesa po metodi najvećeg područja sličnosti (6), izradi ciljnih funkcija iz poznavanja malog broja referentnih ili ciljnih procesnih veličina (7), postupak normiranja mjernih varijabli (3), postupak usporedbe ciljnih varijabli i procesnih varijabli rang korelacijom u cilju izrade procesnih modela(8), testiranju takvih procesnih modela na neispravnost metodom rang korelacije (19), izbor vodeće modelske veličine (9), renormalizacije svih podataka tom dominantnom veličinom (9A), izradisloženih modela rekombinacijom takvih renormaliziranih podataka (11), izbacivanjem svih složenih modela koji na pojedinim mjernim točkama imaju nekompatibilnost prema referentnim mjernim veličinama (10, 20), te se napokon s modelima baziranim na tako renormaliziranim procesnim veličinama određuju skriveni iznosi nepoznate mjerne veličine (12).
