Abstract

Prikazani izum je algoritam za izradu analitičkogmodela procesa koji služi za otkrivanje jedne iliviše skrivenih procesnih veličina. To je iterativan postupak kojim se iz ulaznih mjernih veličina procesa (1), a na temelju poznavanja vrlo ograničenog broja referentnih ili podataka ciljnih funkcija, izdvajaju oni procesni modeli koji ukazuju na vodeće procesne veličine tako da se ispituje njihovakompatibilnost sa skrivenom procesnom varijablom (10). Izbacivanjem te vodeće procesne veličine postupkom renormalizacije ulaznih i referentnih ili ciljnih podatka dobivaju se rekombinacijom (11) složeni modeli koji imaju to bolju kvalitativnu korelaciju sa skrivenom varijablom (12), što je poremećajna funkcija izrazitija. U slučaju da su poremećajne veličine poznate moguće je izravno pristupiti renormalizaciji podataka (9A), izradi modela rekombinacijom normaliziranih podataka (11) i dobivanjuskrivene procesne veličine (12).The present invention is an algorithm for creating an analytical model of a process that is used to detect one or more hidden process quantities. It is an iterative process by which process models that indicate leading process variables are extracted from the input process measurement quantities (1), and based on the knowledge of a very limited number of reference or target function data, by examining their compatibility with a hidden process variable (10) . By ejecting that leading process size by renormalizing the input and reference or target data, recombinations (11) provide complex models that have a better qualitative correlation with the hidden variable (12), the more the disruptive function is more pronounced. In case the disordered magnitudes are known, it is possible to proceed directly to data renormalization (9A), model creation by recombination of the normalized data (11) and obtaining a hidden process size (12).
