本實用新型涉及一種貨物承載裝置及分揀AGV，其中貨物承載裝置包括承載平台(2)和可運動的第一防滑件(5)，承載平台(2)用於放置貨物(1)，且可發生翻轉以使放置於承載平台(2)上的貨物(1)從承載平台(2)上滑落；第一防滑件(5)用於在承載平台(2)翻轉前增大貨物(1)和承載平台(2)之間的摩擦力，並在承載平台(2)翻轉後離開防滑位置，以減少貨物(1)和承載平台(2)之間的摩擦力。分揀AGV包括貨物承載裝置。本實用新型通過設置可運動的第一防滑件，可以實現既能在運送過程中防止滑落又能在卸貨時保證貨物順利滑落的目的，既能保證貨物在運送過程中的安全性，又不會影響貨物的順利卸載。
