Abstract
Example embodiment provides a mobile device for improving productivity of a user that is identified by a user account. The mobile device includes a computer readable storage medium for storing of a mobile software application and a processor for executing of the mobile software application which includes a group login module, a document management module, a work flow management module and a schedule management module.The group login module obtains the user account and a password from the user by a login interface, passes such credential to an authentication authorization system server, and displays a list of allowable application services for this user account on the user's mobile device if the user's credentials is successfully authenticated, wherein the user account is an email address; The document management module creates an image of a document on a first display layer, creates a water mark symbol on a second display layer, and displays the image of the second display layer on top of the image of the first display layer on the mobile device when the user requests viewing of the document; The work flow management module collects tasks from a plurality of servers upon the user's request, filters the tasks according to the user account, prompts the user to response to each task and sends the user's response back to the servers, wherein the work flow management module communicates with the plurality of servers according to a pre-defined set of common protocols; The schedule management module creates a team-calendar that can be accessed by a group of users, retrieves schedules of each user from one or a plurality of servers into the team-calendar, and display the team-calendar for the user within the group so that each user within the group can know the status and whereabout of all group members upon request.
