Abstract
The invention provides an office automation system based on visualization, which comprises: the window display module is used for displaying a login interface, and the login interface comprises a user name input box, a password input box and image verification information; the receiving module is used for receiving a user name, a password and image verification information input by a user; and the authority configuration module is used for verifying the password and the image verification information and configuring the operation authority for the user according to the user name of the user. According to the method and the device, the command for canceling the selected verification picture sent by the user can be accurately executed, the use is convenient, and the requirements of the user can be well met.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of information processing, in particular to an office automation system based on visualization.
Background
Visualization (Visualization) is a theory, method and technique that uses computer graphics and image processing techniques to convert data into graphics or images to be displayed on a screen and then perform interactive processing. when a user clicks the first picture and then clicks the first picture, acquiring a first coordinate of the first picture clicked for the first time, and taking the first coordinate as the circle center and a first preset value as the radius to obtain a first circle;
acquiring a second coordinate of the first picture clicked for the second time, and taking the second coordinate as a circle center and a second preset value as a radius to obtain a second circle; the first preset value is equal to the second preset value;
if the first circle and the second circle have intersection, executing an instruction for canceling the first picture; otherwise, ignoring the instruction of clicking the first picture for the second time.

As shown in fig. 1, the present application provides a visualization-based office automation system, including:
the window display module 201 is configured to display a login interface, where the login interface includes a user name input box, a password input box, and image verification information; a receiving module 202, configured to receive a user name, a password, and image authentication information input by a user; and the authority configuration module 203 is used for verifying the password and the image verification information and configuring the operation authority for the user according to the user name of the user.
The image verification information comprises a plurality of pictures and information for prompting a user to select the pictures according to preset conditions; the receiving module is further configured to: receiving a mouse click command; acquiring a mouse click position, and judging a picture selected by a user according to the mouse click position; when a user clicks the first picture and then clicks the first picture, acquiring a first coordinate of the first picture clicked for the first time, and taking the first coordinate as the circle center and a first preset value as the radius to obtain a first circle; acquiring a second coordinate of the first picture clicked for the second time, and taking the second coordinate as a circle center and a second preset value as a radius to obtain a second circle; the first preset value is equal to the second preset value; if the first circle and the second circle have intersection, executing an instruction for deselecting the first picture; otherwise, ignoring the instruction of clicking the first picture for the second time, namely if the first circle and the second circle have intersection, concluding that the user sends an instruction of canceling the selection of the first picture, and the user does not select the first picture any more. Otherwise, an instruction of clicking the first picture for the second time is ignored, and the fact that the user does not intend to click the first picture is inferred.
In some embodiments, for example, if the intersection of the first circle and the second circle meets a preset value, an instruction to deselect the first picture is executed; otherwise, ignoring the instruction of clicking the first picture for the second time.
In some embodiments, for example, if the distance between the center of the first circle and the center of the second circle satisfies a preset value, the instruction for deselecting the first picture is executed; otherwise, ignoring the instruction of clicking the first picture for the second time.
The preset condition is, for example, that a plurality of pictures are selected in sequence or that a specified picture is selected.
The operation authority includes operation authority of printer equipment and network equipment in office, and authority of creating new file, modifying file, deleting file, viewing file and copying file in the system.
According to the method and the device, the command for canceling the selected verification picture sent by the user can be accurately executed, the use is convenient, and the requirements of the user can be well met.

when a user clicks the first picture and then clicks the first picture, acquiring a first coordinate of the first picture clicked for the first time, and taking the first coordinate as the circle center and a first preset value as the radius to obtain a first circle;
acquiring a second coordinate of the first picture clicked for the second time, and taking the second coordinate as a circle center and a second preset value as a radius to obtain a second circle; the first preset value is equal to the second preset value;
if the first circle and the second circle have intersection, executing an instruction for deselecting the first picture; otherwise, ignoring the instruction of clicking the first picture for the second time. .

The "unit" and "module" in this specification refer to software and/or hardware that can perform a specific function independently or in cooperation with other components, where the hardware may be, for example, an FPGA (Field-Programmable Gate Array), an IC (Integrated Circuit), or the like.
Each processing unit and/or module according to the embodiments of the present invention may be implemented by an analog circuit that implements the functions described in the embodiments of the present invention, or may be implemented by software that executes the functions described in the embodiments of the present invention.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, where the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the visualization-based office automation method. The computer-readable storage medium may include, but is not limited to, any type of disk including floppy disks, optical disks, DVD, CD-ROMs, microdrive, and magneto-optical disks, ROMs, RAMs, EPROMs, EEPROMs, DRAMs, VRAMs, flash memory devices, magnetic or optical cards, nanosystems (including molecular memory ICs), or any type of media or device suitable for storing instructions and/or data.
Fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of a computer device according to an embodiment of the present application, such as a laptop computer, a desktop computer, a workstation, a personal digital assistant, a server, a blade server, a mainframe computer, and other suitable computers, as shown in fig. 3. The computer device may also represent various forms of mobile devices, such as personal digital processing, cellular phones, smart phones, wearable devices, and other similar computing devices. The computer apparatus of the present application comprises a processor 401, a memory 402, an input device 403 and an output device 404. The processor 401, memory 402, input device 403, and output device 404 may be connected by a bus 405 or otherwise. The memory 402 has stored thereon a computer program which is executable on the processor 401 and which, when executed by the processor 401, carries out the above-mentioned visualization-based office automation method steps.
The input device 403 may receive input numeric or character information and generate key signal inputs related to user settings and function control of the data processing computer apparatus, such as a touch screen, keypad, mouse, track pad, touch pad, pointer stick, one or more mouse buttons, track ball, joystick or other input device. The output devices 404 may include a display device, auxiliary lighting devices (e.g., LEDs), and haptic feedback devices (e.g., vibrating motors), among others. Display devices may include, but are not limited to, Liquid Crystal Displays (LCDs), Light Emitting Diode (LED) displays, plasma displays, and touch screens.
In the several embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed apparatus and method may be implemented in other ways. The above-described device embodiments are merely illustrative, for example, the division of the unit is only a logical functional division, and there may be other division ways in actual implementation, such as: multiple units or components may be combined, or may be integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not implemented. In addition, the coupling, direct coupling or communication connection between the components shown or discussed may be through some interfaces, and the indirect coupling or communication connection between the devices or units may be electrical, mechanical or other forms.
All functional units in the embodiments of the present invention may be integrated into one processing unit, or each unit may be separately used as one unit, or two or more units may be integrated into one unit; the integrated unit can be realized in a form of hardware, or in a form of hardware plus a software functional unit.

Claims (10)
1. An office automation system based on visualization, comprising:
the window display module is used for displaying a login interface, and the login interface comprises a user name input box, a password input box and image verification information;
the receiving module is used for receiving a user name, a password and image verification information input by a user;
and the authority configuration module is used for verifying the password and the image verification information and configuring the operation authority for the user according to the user name of the user.
2. The visualization-based office automation system of claim 1, wherein the image verification information comprises a plurality of pictures and information prompting a user to select a picture according to a preset condition;
the receiving module is further configured to:
receiving a mouse click command;
acquiring a mouse click position, and judging a picture selected by a user according to the mouse click position;
when a user clicks the first picture and then clicks the first picture, acquiring a first coordinate of the first picture clicked for the first time, and taking the first coordinate as the circle center and a first preset value as the radius to obtain a first circle;
acquiring a second coordinate of the first picture clicked for the second time, and taking the second coordinate as a circle center and a second preset value as a radius to obtain a second circle; the first preset value is equal to the second preset value;
if the first circle and the second circle have intersection, executing an instruction for canceling the first picture; otherwise, ignoring the instruction of clicking the first picture for the second time.
3. The visualization-based office automation system of claim 2, wherein the preset condition is that a plurality of pictures are selected in order or that a designated picture is selected.
4. The visualization-based office automation system of any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the operational rights include operational rights for printer devices, network devices in the office, and rights to newly create files, modify files, delete files, view files, copy files in the system.
5. An office automation method based on visualization, comprising:
