Abstract

The hair-shaping or hair-care device has a blower for conveying an air flow, an air outlet opening (3), an ionization unit and a top frame, where the blower is arranged in a housing (2). The top frame has an ionization electrode (16) and is possessed over a contact for attaching the ionization electrode at the ionization unit of the hair-shaping or hair-care device. A central ionization electrode is arranged inside the air outlet opening. The central ionization electrode is carried out as carbon fiber strand electrode (7).
