Abstract

The invention provides a release agent composition for polyurethane foam molding with great release property, capable of preventing crack and mold contamination during molding. Providing a total weight of the release agent composition of 100 weight parts, 1.0 to 20 weight parts of release composition, 0.01 to 10 weight parts of oil-soluble oligomer, 1.0-25 weight parts of lipophilic solvent are added into a first mixture liquid containing 0.01-10 weight parts of surfactant and a second mixture liquid containing 5-20 weight parts of ether and 50-60 weight parts of water, and the mixture is modulated to the release agent composition for polyurethane foam molding represented as an aqueous dispersion W/O type emulsion containing the release agent in the lipophilic solvent phase.
