Abstract

The bicycle lock, with a hoop (11) and a bolt (23), has a spring unit (25) to press the bolt into the locking direction to engage the locking recesses (13,15) at the hoop, and a drive (39). The lock is structured so that, when the bolt has been released for a given time span, then the spring pushes it back into the locked position. The drive has a shaft (29), with a control section (31) to act on the bolt.
